Must have had a new crew member, because both chicken bacon ranch sandwiches had the wrong type of meat on them and the first... one had the wrong type of sauce as well. The amount of roast beef they put on a sandwich is miniscule. I took a bite of it and was actually concerned that I picked up... someone's vegetarian sandwich. When I looked, I had a hard time finding any roast beef on it at all. Finally I found it. WhenI asked them about it, they insisted they made it correctly. They refused to allow me to return the sandwiches. When talkingto the general manager the next day, she was extremely rude cutting me off from explaining why I felt the sandwich was madeincorrectly only to just say there was nothing they could do. I guess with the labor shortage they'll just let anyone playmanager. But really...what I bought was a lettuce sandwich. Look at the pictures. Can you find the roast beef. It's inthere..keep looking. The location was easy to find. There were limited parking in front of the restaurant but you could park at the nearby... supermarket. The restaurant was clean and organized. The vegetables were fresh. The staff were aloof and unenthusiastic. Theprice was reasonable. Read more
I want to share my experience with this Subway, this evening. I went in this evening to purchase sandwiches. Before I placed my... order, I asked the young lady behind the counter, will you accept coupons? She said yes. As I'm proceeding to place my order,there are flies in the bread box. I told the young man that there were flies in the bread box. His response to me was, what doyou want me to do about it? I can't get them out. I said open the bread box and let them out. I then proceeds to get an attitudeand opens the box. There were 2 other people in the store and they stood by and did nothing. I took pitty on him and proceededto order my sandwiches. As I'm ordering the sandwiches, they were steak, the man operating the cash register says, corporatesays you can't use coupons on steak sandwiches. I said, where does it say that? I don't see it in writing. He says, its not inwriting, they just told us not to take coupons on steak sandwiches. I said thank you, I'll go somewhere else. I got to thissubway all the time and have used coupons on steak sandwiches before. This was my favorite Subway. I'm not sure who is managingit now but I will not be back. Not anymore. Coming in to pick up my subs I ordered through the app, restaurant is completely empty. I wheel in my scooter as I have done at... countless restaurants in St. Louis but I get this guy telling me "You can't bring that in here." I'm so surprised I ask why andhe says again, you can't bring a scooter in. Yes, let me leave my $1000 personal scooter outside because I can't bring it in for5 seconds to grab my sub. Keep in mind this is a small scooter(27 lbs) and this isn't the best neighborhood(homeless guysliterally outside). Yeah, won't be coming back or ordering again despite it being right next to my house. Clearly a Subwayemployee on a power trip. Won't be back, enjoy the countless dollars I WON'T be spending at this location due to one employeewho fails to "read the room" as they say. Read more
Service not good at all. Food, the bread burnt. 2nd sandwich bread rock hard. Tried to replace it. Said out of the bread. Don't... do refunds. Tried to replace sandwich threw 1together.
