Straightforward and quick. They do need to manage the time better for lunch and they deserve much more. Love their work ethics.... The location is a bit small but good for small crowds in this small plaza. Glad it's here because other locations could make itfurther. Very clean. There are zero outlets in this location if you need to plug in for work. The spinach was not fresh even ifit was from a unopened bag. Read more

Horrible. Never ever will I go here. I did a mobile order. I then went in and asked the 2 girls making my sandwich to put extra... banana peppers on it as they were making it. So I assumed they made it correct. Mind you they had orders all over and sandwicheson top of sandwiches on the counter. They tell me my sandwich was ready. .Get home and both were wrong. Bacon chicken ranch wascold and had mayo. The Italian BMT was plain no condiments. I finally get in touch with the heartless, could care less ownerAmir. I placed an online order and had my boyfriend pick it up. They did not verify with him the order, just handed him the bag. They... did not have the chips or 20oz. cup with the bag of sandwiches. He came home and didn't realize the order was incomplete. As ifthat wasn't annoying, I deeply regret getting the tuna fish. I was pretty ill after dinner. I will likely not get tuna fish fromthis Subway again. It's pretty sad because I am finding more often than not, my experiences at Subway restaurants are negative. Read more
Wonderful Subway! The employees are always nice and make my sandwich just the way I want it. This location and the one in... Ronnie's Plaza are the best Subway locations around. Do NOT go to the Subway in Sunset Hills Plaza, the owner and his wife arethe rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. I started coming to this location and I am so glad I did because it isalways clean, fresh, and wonderful employees! Read more
Honestly this is the BEST Subway I?ve been to. I typically order online before I go to work at night & sometimes multiple nights... a week & it?s always a good experience here. I?ve had issues with other store not giving me what I order online and I?ve yet tohave an issue here. My sandwich is always exactly how I order it & made just the way I like it. The store is always very clean &the workers are great. They really do make you feel welcome when you come in & will have a conversation with you while youorder, which is a really nice since most places just want you in & out. I only went in to get a soda I opted for bottle because it showed it was a $1.49 on the menu when the young lady rang me up it... came to almost $6 then she told me I didn't understand how tax worked because that's what made it go to $6 and I triedexplaining to her over and over again your menu says it's a $1.49 when she finally understood what I was trying to say she optedto just let me know that the menu was incorrect and it's actually 2.49 for a soda. They can keep their soda and sandwiches forthat matter. Read more
