This location horrible!! I've tried on several attempts and each attempt got worse. Most recently I tried to place an order in... drive thru. I waiting in line for over 15mins. Once I got to the screen it was black and remained black. I sat at the speakerfor 5mins saying hello and no one said anything so I proceeded to the window to order(assuming the speaker was broken becauseit's black and no one responded). At the speaker the employees was horse playing around. I was informed that I could not orderat the window and would have to drive back around. I asked for a manager and was told "she does not have the time". I also askedfor the managers name and was told they could not give it out to customers. Horrible To start with they couldn?t get a simple order of 2 combo meals correct then when they said they fixed it I didn?t have... all my items when I got home. Went back to just say can I just get a refund. They don?t know how to count money either. 1stit?s the wrong number of items in my bag I was missing food then they don?t give me the correct amount of money back, shortedme 5.00 and thought I wasn?t going to say anything.
