Horrible. I'm currently sitting in the drive through, after being handed the wrong order 3 times. Which I don't think 3 free... tacos is good fix for this situation. Maybe a refund would be more appropriate in the future. Also had to read the order about 4or 5 times. Really really bad Read more
Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time. Prices have increased. Quality and serving size decreased. No meat on my burrito... supreme and they forgot the straw for my drink. I asked for one. The girl said it was in the bag- it was not. Could have had agreat sit down Mexican dinner in a restaurant at that price including the tip. Won't be back. Read more
This entire order was the most stale food I've ever eaten in my life. None of my items were visually full. None of my items... had toppings spread evenly. I asked for and paid for extra sauce on my burritos and they came with no sauce. My taco shellswere all broken. This used to be a fantastic location because they were always quick and the food was always made properly. The prices have nearly doubled and the food has become garbage. We had a very large order, in fact a couple very large orders and the food was great! The employees were wonderful and even... helped take photos of our party, strange request, but they did it with a smile. The food tasted fresh and was fast! Even withsuch big orders. Read more
This Taco Bell is probably the nicest one in St. Louis. They're usually busy at the drive through and not inside, while service... is fast either way. My crunchy taco supremes were good. Always been a fan of the chicken quesadillas! They have some good sodaselections now. And you can dine in, drive thru, or take out. So March 2022: I was disappointed at first to see the value menuhas less and costs more. It starts at $2 now instead of a buck. Soda is $2.50- $3 which is high priced since fountain drinks arethe biggest money maker. So my chicken quesadilla was good. I ordered a $2 beefy burrito and it only had half a bite of beef,but the girl at the counter made me a new one which was just right. They do have free Wifi. Read more
Used to come this taco bell EXCLUSIVELY because they seem to be 1 of the only taco bell that cooks your food fresh (to order).... I've eaten here 10+ times over the last couple months, with no complaints. Hot food every time! Idk if you guys had some newhires recently, but you need to RE-TRAIN them IMMEDIATELY. This was literally 3 bites. No exaggeration. Do you think this isworth $1.69? I certainly don't. Also had a fiesta potato, that was literally 6 pieces of potatoes. More sauce than potato.Unacceptable! Idk who trained these new hires, but the portions they're serving, wouldn't fill children. Do better! Read more
On my last visit, I bought 3 soft burritos, and two of them were great. The third, however, had only the saucy meat mixture in... it. No lettuce, no cheese, no nothin' except the saucy meat mixture. If you haven't eaten one like that, I wouldn't recommendit! Read more
