Me, my sister and my friend decided to order this taco bell from the drive thru for dinner. We were waiting for our turn to... order. The black lady working to take the orders told us to give her a minute and she'd take care of the other person's billand asked us to wait. We waited for at least twenty minutes and when my sister finally asked if she could take our order, thewoman suddenly started screaming and kept saying that she was asking our permission. We started to wait again because wethought she might be really busy. Meanwhile, other customers who came to the back of our car left the place one by one becausethey could not stand the wait. Then we asked again and the woman told us that they were closed. And this isn't the firstproblem I've had here. One day I came here to order from here again, even though it was dine-in, they locked the door. Theanother customer opened the doors. Every employee working here is very careless, rude, and does not respect their customers. Another problem I experienced was that the cashier woman working while I was trying to place an order didn't care about me andit was very rude that she laughed with laughter with her other colleagues and didn't care if it bothered other customers. I ordered a 5 dollar box via the App and my crunchwrap supreme was soggy and had ingredients I asked to be omitted. Following... simple printed directions is not rocket science. Take the time to stop and double check what an order says. Those few secondscould have made the difference in this score. Do better... Read more
Out of supplies (napkins & sauce packets). Dirty floors (lettuce, cheese & meat). A stack of cups had sticky soda residual on... the outside of them. I was ignored at the register several times by staff. My three burritos was made wrong. I won't waste timethere again. Read more
sitting in the drive thru, haven?t even gotten my food, but 5 stars because wow THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY ORDER unlike other Taco... Bell locations that are open but just tell you ?we aren?t serving food? or better yet, ignore you. Whoever is working the drivethru at night they need a RAISE because they stayed open and actually did their job, which is sadly more than you can expectfrom any fast food restaurant past 9pm anymore. Edit: nope. Waited in line for 15 minutes after ordering only to have us sitthere while the car behind us had their high beams on and force us out of the line because they?re only taking doordash ordersnow??? finally gave up after 20 minutes total to pull around and see the employee talking to her friends out front. The good was made very poorly very sloppy. Though the worker at the drive through window was awesome! He cared very much about... his job and was one of the best employees for any business that I've seen in a while I wish I could remember his name is givehim a shout out for sure! Read more
No one has Mexican pizzas Ava they throw your food together like they don't care. I wish people would really treat others as... they want to be treated. I know they wouldn't want food served to them that looked this way SMH. So many things advertised onthe board aren't available and they don't follow directions. Easy meat means less meat than you would normally put on the item,extra means at least twice the amount. Get it together!! Read more
