Service was short and rude, they limited the amount of items you could order in the drive thru to just 5 items per order with no... explanation. When asked if it was just a drive thru thing or a stire thing so I could just go inside and order I had the windowclosed mid question. I ordered nacho fries and every order was less than half full. I placed my order in the drive through, when I paid I wasn?t given my receipt, I had the food more or less shoved at me told... thank you and then before I could say thank you had them turn their back. When I got home I didn?t have my order. I had someoneelse?s. And apparently they only wanted meat and cheese on their order. It was pitiful. I was very disappointed. I couldn?t takeit back because I had borrowed a friend?s car to go to get it and they left before I caught the mistake and the order I receivedcost more than mine. This is unacceptable Read more
I'm seriously tired of trying to get breakfast and they're never open when it says it's supposed to be. I love their breakfast... but why even bother selling it if your not going to be open during breakfast. Taco Bell has a serious problem that they need toaddress get all of the stores open on time or take breakfast off of the menu completely. I'm tired of driving there just to findout they're closed when Google maps says they're supposed to be open. Read more
They are never open. They say they are open for breakfast but nope. Closed. They are supposed to be open for lunch. Nope need 2... hours to be closed almost every day. Want to go at night. Out of everything. Why are you even still open. Can we get a new tacobell on the rock road? Maybe by Applebee's. Oh and only hire the black male manager. I've been to this location several times in the past several months. Each time, it get worse. I went today, 09/10!22, walked in,... no one in the restaurant, waited. While waiting looked at the menu board and listed was Mexican pizza. When asked what I wanted,I ordered the pizza. The person told me it's not available until Thursday. Nothing else I wanted and proceeded to leave. Ididn't see anything stating the pizza was not available As I was leaving the cashier walk away complaining, as though I didsomething wrong. This store epitomizes the worst of the worst. I will never return to this garbage can again. The best thingfor this location is to close it and bulldoze it. Read more
We frequent this taco bell because we love the food and it's very close to home, but we simply cannot afford to come here... anymore. With rising gas prices and inflation it's really a nice time for us when we get to eat out. With that being said, notonly has this location messed up orders MULTIPLE times, but the employees here literally don't care to do their job correctly.They're always on smoke breaks out back or near the dumpster, which makes ordering take forever when there's literally no carsin line. I have tried reaching out this location to speak to a manager about missing food but they never answer their phone. Ican't believe the owner/corporate tolerate this kind've behavior especially in a restaurant setting. Its pathetic. Read more
Ordered through door dash. Food tasted horrible. Asked for mild sauce, received none what so ever. Asked for a quesadilla with... no sauce, got a messed up quesadilla covered in spicy sauce, so my child could not eat. Horrible packaged. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for my order. The cook decided to skip my order to make his family's meal, bragging about his decision to the... manager. I gave the manager an opportunity to explain it, and she told me that we were just waiting on fries. That is nottrue, because he put those fries in his family's order rather than putting him in mine. What kind of manager just sits there andlet something like that happen? I've been a long time customer of Taco Bell but I will never go back to this location. Read more
