Up and Down Service. last night I pulled up to the drive thru and was advised they are only taking online orders as there was... only one employee working! ONE? Seriously. I asked if he could have placed a sign on the order menu and was advise "we are notallowed to do that" Seriously, not even for customer courtesy. This place is going down hill. I was very disappointed in this so-called Taco Bell Mexican Pizza.???? I've seen reviews and it's not what I thought it would... be. The Mexican pizza needs to go back to Mexico and get it revamped or something. ??????????????? And then it delivered throughUber eats and it was cold and the taco shell for the Mexican pizza tasted weird, like a burnt rubbery taste. I give it a onestar. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. My husband often gets us food from this place and I haven?t seen a single order... be entirely correct. Today, he ordered ahead 20 minutes before going there and then had to wait 30 more minutes. When he gothome, we discovered that not a single item was correct. We?re vegetarian and every item had meat and wasn?t even similar to whatwe ordered. This is the worst Taco Bell in St Louis and everyone agrees. The last time I went there, my food was sitting on the back counter... and I could see it. After 10 minutes I asked the girl if I could have it and she handed it to me. She seemed pretty annoyed thatI asked her for it. At this point I was starving and ready to go home so I just wanted my drink cup so I could get out of there.I said can I have my drink cups? And the whole crew ignored me. Finally, I did something that I have never done before, andraised my voice to a food service employee. I'm pretty embarrassed about it, but I was at the end of my rope. The girl snappedat me, I'm busy! Go to the one over by dierbergs on watson. It's worth the couple extra minutes in the car. The folks there areoutstanding. By the way, for the past 2 years, every single time my husband and I have gone through the drive-thru, the workersseem annoyed that they have to take our order, even when we are pleasant and know exactly what we want right away. Will never come back here. Ordered a taco supreme meal tonight and received slop with the wrapping soaked. It had flooded on... kingshighway earlier today and I have no doubt in my mind they are serving people food soaked in rain water. I did not feelcomfortable eating this. Read more
None of the drinks were working but water so we only ordered al la cart. The kids enjoyed the food.
Ordered a two taco party pack 24 tacos $40.00 delivered by door dash. They were on time. Now the food! 1st not one packet of... sauce really 24 tacos and no sauce?!?! The tacos were greasy cold and soggy. Threw them in trash! I called three times in twodays and nobody will even answer the phone!! Do not go there it is the absolute worst !!!!!! I have to think they did this onpurpose nobody would serve or deliberately not include ANY HOT SAUCES!!! AND DISCUSTING FOOD! TOO BAD THERE AREN'T ZERO STARCHOICES A ONE IS AN OVERRATING FOR THEM.
