The food was good. The staff was friendly. Went on a Monday so it wasn’t busy, we didn’t wait long for our food.
Waiter was very nice, but everything else was just sad. If you’re going to have steak on the menu, you really need to have... someone there that knows how to cook it. New cook? Totally cool, sent one back. But a second time ? Sad face. Manager didn’teven try to say anything. Dude just walked around aimlessly. I don’t want it taken off the bill, that should be a given after2 strikes, Instead I got Mac and cheese and cold mashed potatoes. No steak. And not a word from whoever is running the place. Read more

Stopped in at 11:10 am on Thursday July 28. One table was there with 2 people. The hostess seated us. Looked at the menu,... another party came in and was seated. Got their drinks. No one had even acknowledged us at all. We had been there for 10 minutesat this point. We got up to leave and was walking out the door and the server hollered at us from the side door and said I canhelp you my response was no thanks Really poor service when no one acknowledges you and a table gets their drinks after comingin after us Will never return to this location again Thanks for nothing Read more

Picked up an order mainly just to try that Carlos bakery rainbow cake. Server that brought out order was really friendly &... order was ready on time. Decent fish & chips and very tasty sesame chicken strips. The cake was more fun than flavorful. Read more
Was served severely under cooked boneless chicken wings! Did not notice till I ate most of them. Been sick for days. The... waitress was great and the manager did not charge us for our meal but this is unacceptable and dangerous. I was lucky I did notneed to go to the hospital! Read more
