This is really the most worst steak house in Missouri to go to. The staff are Extremely rude and do not help the customers. I... have been supporting this restaurant since I was a little girl now hitting my 40?s smh I feel straight disrespected and this isthe thanks that I get for continuously supporting them smfh poor customer service then on top of that I find hair in my foodtonight this is exactly why I don?t be wanting to go there no matter how much I?m craving a piece of grilled chicken andpotatoes because that is absolutely unacceptable. And their steaks taste like trash paper thin with no favor. I had a carry outorder then when I called about the hair being in my food they hung up and didn?t answer the phone when I called back so aftertoday I will never go back there and I advise anyone else that want good customer service and quality food not to go there aswell I asked if the women there wear hair nets and they don?t which most of the women there have artificial hair which isunsanitary???????? We were walking down the street after a show at Powell Hall looking for something to eat, a family came out the door and we... asked if there was a line they said yeah they're usually is it's not your normal steakhouse it's more of a St Louis thing That'swhen we knew we had to try it. As you stand in line and look over the menu. The cook will yell next and you will tell them whatchicken or steak you want and how you want it you will then order your sides when you get up to the sides like baked potatoes,fries or the famous tip potatoes which you leave a tip in the cup and he will cook you up some delicious tip potatoes.Everything we had was great with a great price. We both had the steak and chicken with the tip potatoes. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The food... itself was amazing. Both my wife and myself loved the food. The chicken was so tender and the sauce was good, the steak wastasty, and the tip potatoes were so good. My daughter enjoyed the fruit cup and the steak. The cookies were also good. Simple and easy process. I like that you?re able to watch them cook your food and the customer service while not that personable... they?re still friendly. The steak burger was juicy and fried okra was nice and fresh. The baked potato was nice and fluffy butthey need to get better shrimp. There was too much breading and not enough shrimp.
