There is some clear issues with turnover. We came in 10 mins before opening and was able to place a drink order and food order... shortly after opening. There was seven of us with a brand new day one server who had absolutely no help from managers or otherstaff. My food came out cold and one Caesar salad came with no dressing and the cook staff looked at us like we were the issue.There was a clear lack of communication in the kitchen staff. We waited an hour for our food which was pasta dishes to hit thetable and 2 plates sat under a warmer for 15 mins. Other than that our new server tried her best with her baptism of fire! Read more
Great looking place, great ambiance, perfect service, but the food is lacking. My son got the filet mignon and they cut it up.... Great for presentation, but not to keep heat in or the juices from flowing before you are ready to eat it. My daughter gotspaghetti and the sauces was a fail. How you can mess up spaghetti is beyond me. I guess it's too hard to try to keep itauthentic instead of premade. Read more
The food was amazing! Drinks were great and not weak. It is a little pricey, but not overly so considering its a hotel... restaurant. Staff were very friendly, but did seem more concerned about wrapping silverware rolls than efficient service. We hadto ask where our drinks were after observing an idle bartender and 15 minutes had passed with only getting water. Then not alldrinks were brought. Food came a few minutes later complete and accurate. We were surprised at the automatic 20 percent gratuityadded to our party of 6's bill which was not in the menu or posted. Read more
Forgot our drink order, forgot our appetizer,, sandwiches were subpar and fries undercooked. The kitchen staff could be heard... getting into arguments. The AC was nice on this hot day though. Read more
Treated my daughter to something different in our neighborhood. The prices were a little pricey but I understand with it being... in a hotel. The vibe of the restaurant was nice and cozy. Our server seemed a bit off. Maybe she had worked a shift at the hotelprior to her being in the restaurant but she seemed annoyed and not focus. My husband and I both order the chicken Alfredo andwe each got a drink and a half salad. He got the Caesar which was amazing and I got a Greek. It was pretty good. My daughter gota Shirley temple and a cheese pizza. The food looked amazing had great taste in the beginning but was over all bland. Our billon the other hand was not. Like I stated a bit pricey for 3 people. However we are always willing to try new restaurants.Probably won't dine here again but at least we can say we tried it. Read more

Even if you’re a local, you need to eat here! I got the classic burger, tasted delicious! The fries were basic but perfectly... crispy and just yum! My husband got the margarita pizza and could not stop raving about it! He said it’s the best margaritapizza he has ever had! We will definitely be coming back! Maybe for breakfast or dinner!
