Went through the drive through and asked for no cheese on the burger and it had cheese on it. Parked and went in and waited at... the counter. Someone preparing the food asked another worker there to take care of my issue and he yelled at her and walked outto smoke. Overall a poor experience. I?ll drive out of my way to go anywhere else beside this location. Read more

I ordered a southwest avocado salad (no avocados were in the salad) and 2 large chili's. The total was 17.51 I gave the guy at... the window 20.51...he gave me $2.99 back..I told him I gave home exact change..he sd I was owed 99 cents..I just chalked it upto him putting the wrong amount in. Didn't get my order complete even after telling the employee it's not right they still didn't correct it. So I had to wait 20... minutes more in the drive thru to get one sandwich. This Wendy's has ok food, they tried to tell me they don't have Vanilla shakes anymore, even though common sense tells me you... make the strawberry and chocolate out of the VANILLA MIX.. As for the Customer Service, I'd say they are very rude and lazy.. Iwould NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS WENDY'S. I FOR SURE WILL NEVER RETURN.. Read more

They didn?t give me my debit card back in drive thru. I called and asked of I can come to the door and get it and they made me... go back and wait in drive thru to get my debit card back. Now my food is cold. I should?ve made them make it over fresh. Aftersitting in line for 30 more minutes the cashier Yesenia asked for my ID to get my debit card back and then gave me someone elseNet-spend debit card. Very unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate. Below is a pic of the line I had to wait in to get mydebit card back. Will be making a complaint to corporate office. Read more
