Ok....At the speaker and greeted very nicely then wham........I was informed that if I wanted a fountain drink that I would have... to go inside the restaurant and use the fountain to get the drink!!!! Well I'm not currently receiving a paycheck from Wendy'sand politely drove off headed to another Wendy's for appropriate services.?? Read more

It's always something with this dam Wendy's. NO dam onions for my sandwich. Yeah right lady half the sandwiches on your menu... comes with onions. I think if u are really out of onions. There's a grocery store less than 500 ft. From this restaurant. Justsad. Read more

Don't go here if you value your time. I frequently work in this area and go here because it's cheap. Luckily I get a 60 minute... break because it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for a value meal to come out. Employees don't move quickly and frequentlysocialize instead of working. Corporate needs to incentive the employees, or address this in some way. Oh and the music is tooloud and really bad in the waiting room. Read more

This location by my home, always got something going on in the drive thru. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the speaker and when... you get to the speaker, they take another 3-5 minutes to take your order. Just for them to tell you that they are out what youcame for. This particular time I'm in this drive thru and finally get to the speaker and they got a sign saying they are onlytaking cash. WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION????? Nothing new here!! Frosty machine was down like always. The boasting Wendy?s done for them new fries was on point at some... locations. This one is not that location. We didn?t get out money back on our drinks because the store doesn?t have a clue onhow to refund money that you paid on the Wendy?s App. That was not our 1st rodeo!! We purchased plenty of items but therestaurant doesn?t know how to refund you or don?t want too? Either way we are out 4 again. Please let the employees know how totell us to get refunds on items you don?t have. Not their fault it?s the supervisor that is not doing their job. The team waspolite and welcoming but we do like what we pay for. Wasting money kills my vibe. Read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I love Wendy?s and was excited to get some after my flight. We waited at the drive throw for... 10 minutes, no one answered. I walked up to the window and just asked if we could order at the window because no one wasresponding. I was smiling and polite, and before I could fully finish, she said they?d get to me is an ex treatment rude toneand immediately shut the window. We drove away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Read more

Love breakfast from here. Especially them potatoes wedges. I always stop when its not pack. But they stay pack, line wrap around... building. But my order has always been right and food be hot. Only thing seems like everybody in Jennings be here at same timein drive thru. Read more
