Very, very poor service forgot the drink waited in drive threw for over 30 min while some guy was going from car to car asking... for money. I was stuck could not get out of drive threw or I would have. Read more
Hadn?t been to this White Castles in it seems like a lifetime. Used to be the only one I would patronize. Recently( within the... last couple of years) renovated. Food was cool. Could?ve been a little more hotter. But overall still good. Natural Bridge andKingshighway. Got take out. Read more
Slow service an my order is always wrong. They give me wat they want me to have. I ask for extra pickle and onion n never get it... it. Sometimes if any I get nothing on them but cheese. On kingshighway an the Belfountain stores. Read more
The White Castles were hot; however I personally think they they should be cooked longer. Some locations will leave the burgers... on longer. This locations it seem it depends how busy they are is how long they leave them on just long enough to make sure thepink burger turns gray and then they are off the grill. I also notice they didn't ask if I needed any condiments, so you alreadyknow if you don't ask for it, you don't get any. Read more
Only 2 cars in line took some time but food was very warm an delicious!
Place is horrible with service. It's a hit and miss with the food. I wouldn't visit at night too much bums hanging around... begging. Read more
