What more can you say than White Castle?! Always hot and fresh along with the onion rings and cheese fries we ordered. I will... say that my mom treated my 2 younger brothers and I to lunch while my dad was busy in radiology,(he was in the ER). We knew wewanted belly bombers and that's all. The young lady behind the counter was very patient with us as we ordered 4 separate meals,then mom spoke up and said she was paying. Young lady didn't flinch or bat an eye but totaled it up and even made sure our tablewas wiped down. Kudos to you guys!! ???????????? Read more
They never miss a beat here. Always friendly, food is always right. Sometimes a little longer wait, but never too bad and only... when they seem really short staffed. That is everywhere now days, what you don't see every day, is the staff that did show up,all working non stop for their orders and guests. Tell your team to keep up the good work. Read more
Everywhere is so short staffed right now, but I was not prepared to wait 30 minutes in the drive through for A few sliders with... my 1 year old in the car. If I could have gotten out of the line, I would have. The order was correct and food was fine though. Read more
Stopped by to pick up some sliders and visit my dad at Mt. Hope cemetery a few days after the 38th anniversary of his passing.... Walked in to the crew m’fn the drive-through customers for minutes, oblivious to my presence. Finally came to register only tointerrupt me impatiently with the easiest suggestion for them to make. Finished order; waited. And waited. And waited. Finallythey called out “your (now runny) shakes up here” and when I suggested they speak up it was on. Bagged my inside order,called them on it and 3 out of five employees immediately opened up on me with shocking verbal abuse through the whole time Iwas there up through the refund I demanded after they started mouthing off. They egged the customers on too, and M’fd me as Iwas leaving. Corporates response was a $10 gift card. I used to visit the place maybe twice a year; my dad frequented thatlocation as an engineer constantly in the field. Went up to see him empty-handed. Never again. Read more
