Order taker was not intune with her job. Messed up order ,we received only cheese on impossible burgers. No grilled onions and... buns were not heated. Food was absolutely lousy and so was service. Will never return. Read more

Service is always slow at the drive through. I can remember when a stop at White Castle was less than 5 min, even if there were... 20 people in line. That was before drive through. Now any stop is 15 min or more with shorter lines. Read more

This place was completely redone and just reopened. The employees were nice, friendly and actually working to get the orders... to the customer, unlike other nearby establishments. Read more

It's hit and miss as far as being open to dine in. Customer service gets 0 stars. And my burgers were bland. Last time I had... coffee (about six months ago) it was good and that's the last time I was able to dine in. Read more

Looks like they are removing the white castle on Grand and Gravois Hopefully they will hire a better crew than that ghetto one... they've had for so long. The service was horrible had to call Chicago twice to get a free $15 gift card because of their lousyservice Read more

Too all of the people complaining about the wait time, please realize that this restaurant is located at The Crossroads of the... World! The huge demand for the Grand and Gravois ambience makes the wait absolutely worth it. A life changing experience. 5stars. I hope it never changes. Read more

White castle always seem to have the longest line there is but they do move in a nice pace .. enough to where I'm not to... irritable. But there food is always and and fresh to my liking. Make sure your order is correct because there have been someslip ups. Read more

The restaurant is open, there are orders on the screen, food sitting out, but nobody answers the speaker, window, or phone. I'm... doing food delivery and they are ignoring me as well as the huge line of other customers. They aren't answering the phone for mycompany either. Read more
