First time having their new sandwich, super good. Mango habanero worked great for it. Buffalo ranch fries were also solid.
I'm really sadden that their service has gone down. Ive been ordering Wingstop 20 years and there was a period where the food... was good. Now, it's just ok and, often my order is wrong like tonight. The attention to detail is gone and at a higher price.I'm at that point where they may lose my business if this continues. Not happy! Read more
Terrible! Ordered for delivery a day before. I didn?t get two of the items in my order. The fries were just tossed in the bag,... open, and falling all over the bag. They were greasy and cold. The wings I ordered were the wrong sauce. Delivery was 30 minuteslate. When I called, I was told I had to come get the missing items. Couldn?t, had people over for a work day and couldn?tleave. Asked for a refund and was told she could request it, she couldn?t do it. I better get my money back! First visit there.Last visit there. Update: I upgraded by one star. The overall experience was still bad but I contacted corporate thru theirwebsite. They got back to me right away. They refunded my whole order not just the missing items. Don?t ever eat there!!!!!! We ordered the food and didn?t receive all of our food. We ask if we can get a refund and the... assistant manager was disrespectful towards me on the phone and told me to bring all the food that we did receive back!! Thenwhen we came to give us our food then she became even more disrespectful. There was a employee that was a man and he wasdisrespectful as well. Worst wing stop I have ever been to. We were willing to take the rest of our food but the manager refusedto do so. Also multiple people came in with missing food on there orders as well. Terrible experience. My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here today, and all of our fries were old, burnt, and had no... seasoning whatsoever. One of my coworkers did not receive the drink she ordered. When we called to complain, the woman had anattitude right off the bat. She said it was our fault we didn't get the drink, and that we could come order new fries if wewanted but it would be at our expense. I'm not going to pay AGAIN to replace an order that they messed up. A very ridiculousexperience from start to finish. Read more
Charmaine(the store Manager) is unprofessional and disrespectful. We were missing a soda with the order and the fries(3) were... burnt and unseasoned. After waiting an hour and a half for my food I got it and it was the wrong flavor, my fries were cold and had no seasoning. The... guy was making deals with customers since there system was ?down? and he was telling people to give him $10 cash for their mealor adjusting the price to what they got and putting it in his pocket.
