Yellowbelly is a cool trendy restaurant that offers unique entrees and cocktails. Been here a few times when I stay at the... double tree on forest park. It’s a quick walk. Closed on Monday’s ! I typically start a frozen pina colada and the porkbelly tostada. The menu changes often. I had the seabass last time. It was delicious. This time I tried the prime hanger steak wKorean bbq butter and charred salsa. The steak was cooked perfectly but I disliked the salsa and butter. I’d recommend tryingthe apps and all seafood dishes. The burger is legit too. But don’t get the burger. Definitely get a frozen drink ! The staffis super friendly. Bartenders servers and bar backs all smile and like being there. The dinning room is small so you might wanta reservation and please wear a Hawaiian shirt when dining in ! You’ll see ! Great spot for date night! Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed both the ambiance & available dinner options. Plenty of seating indoor as well as outside. The Spam fried... rice was a pleasant surprise. Nashville fried oysters are a MUST try. Brussels sprouts were decent and biscuits were definitelydelicate, delicious & perfect for sharing. Didn't have enough room for cocktails on this first visit because cuisine was thepriority. I'll be back for certain. Read more

A huge disappointment to say the very least. The Mexican Grouper doesn’t taste good. The fish itself tastes bland and is very... small for $45. The sauce and toppings are weird. Putting sriracha and coconut milk together? Plus barley and nuts? Seriously? You don’t need Gordon Ramsay to tell you this tastes disgusting. The presentation is not good for a $45 dish as well. Inshort, I feel like I spent $45 for a weird tasting poke bowl. Other dishes are not as bad but not great either. Though thecocktail is okay. My friend recommended this place to me so I had high expectations. The fact that it’s vastly overpriced andbelow average food really disappointed me. Read more

Nice venue. I went for happy hour. Had the Cold Shoulder cocktail - clean and lovely warm weather drink, chartreuse and lime... forward. Also had the Mini Poke bowl, interesting, slightly spicy and full of flavor. Finally had the Cuban black bean nachoswhich were also flavorful and a great dish to share. Definitely will be back. The food was really fun and creative twists onclassic dishes. ???? Friendly fast service. Read more

So! I absolutely LOVED my experience today! The food? Amazing! Well seasoned, cooked to perfection and not a long wait time. The... service? Outstanding! The person that waited on my sister and I was so professional but still very welcoming and positive. Theatmosphere? Cool, but in a way that makes you feel cool just by being there. Relaxed, comfortable, but still an aestheticallypleasing experience. The dining room is open and airy, but not overwhelming. Big potted plants everywhere and the actual seatingis like something from your home decor dreams! This was my first visit but definitely not my last! Read more

This is a new favorite restaurant! The happy hour options are limited - but everything was delicious. The fish sandwich was... great, the fries were good, and I’m obsessed with the oysters. The drinks were also great. Perfect atmosphere and wonderfulservice Read more

Yellowbelly was very good! We had a big group of 16, that got split into two groups of 8, no big deal. Everyone really enjoyed... the food and the drinks. The cocktails are pretty amazing and they have something for everyone. The service was great and theatmosphere was amazing. I was come back again to try out more food options. Read more
