As a guest of the motel to which Zenia is affiliated, I have been straight up snubbed by the bar and wait staff three... consecutive nights. Apparently you need to be a higher class of person to get service here. Read more

$32 for this. Shame on you !! I had moderate expectations but they didn't even deliver on that. Ohh Well. Now I know. Just don't

Got in late on a Tuesday night. Received my drink and delicious tacos in a timely fashion. The food was delicious. Service was... good but not outstanding. The mobile order server lady made my night better. Thank you! Read more

I can't give this place enough stars. The staff is out of this world with their care for my meal being perfect. They are so... friendly, remembering my order from the day before. Enabling me to eat an allergen friendly meal and feeling like I feasted likea king. Do yourself a favor and get the crispy bacon, gluten free toast and steel cut oats. OMG, so good! A++ will be backevery morning I am here for the rest of my trip. Read more

Food was great. Our waitress was so nice. I will say that it takes quite a long time to get drinks and food (2 hours)

Service could be improved. Any good bartender will tell you: say hello, put a napkin in front of the customer, and hand them... a menu... takes literally 10 seconds and the customer doesn't feel like he's being ignored. The bartender is a good guy, butperhaps he's a bit too comfortable with his job. Just sayin'. Read more

Had probably my worst ever dining experience here. I have celiac, which is a very difficult to accommodate food allergy. My... coworkers and I had just returned from the conference center beside the hotel and were tired/looking for a quick place to eat. After confirming that this restaurant, which is in the lobby of the Marriott would be unable to accommodate my diet, I decided Iwould simply go get food somewhere that can accommodate me and just bring it back and eat with them in the hotel lobby. Noproblem, happens all the time. Unfortunately, shortly after joining my coworkers at their table near the lobby bar, I was toldby the fairly rude waitress that I wasn?t allowed to bring in outside food. I then informed the waitress of my food allergy, towhich she said it doesn?t matter they don?t allow outside food. I asked that she contact the manager to see if a solution couldbe found. The manager told me that it is against the city health code to bring in outside food. At this point I was asked toeither dispose of the food or leave. I have NEVER been treated like this in a restaurant before. It?s fairly difficult in areview to convey how rude they were during this discussion. It was bad enough that my coworkers all apologized to me that I hadto go through that. Fun fact I looked through the health code and it?s not unless I try to sell the food I brought in. It?s atthe discretion of management, and it?s not like they didn?t have any options. The lobby there is fairly large. They could haveoffered a place to sit outside the ?restaurant? bounds. There were other solutions besides ?get out?. Traveling with celiac isvery very challenging and I thought I could expect better from a company operated by a hospitality company like Marriott. We had the breakfast buffet, which was tasty and efficient. The hostess was inefficient and not particularly pleasant. It too... her 10 minutes to seat us and there was no line. When she did bring us to the take, we stood by and watched as she cleared itand cleaned it. Seating needs to be done more efficiently. The waitress was great, but we needed her to come by more often torefill coffee, take the check, etc. The food was decent the service was not. Read more
