Number go to each time I don't feel like cooking???? my boys favorite fast food in town.
I understand that this is a new mcdonalds but the amount of times they have messed up my order is a little ridiculous. Tonight... my husband ordered a double quarter pounder and we got a single in a double box.... we paid extra for the double. Hands down the best McDonald's by far. Fast friendly service and honestly the food is always delicious. Very impressed.
Feb 22 Not open on the mentioned hours its not 24hrs they probably close at midnight . Went there 3 times between 1 am to 6am... always closed 2nd visit 30/9 Mc cripsy :- not crispy at all cold patty Fries:- cold , soggy and dried out fries Coke was greatbut doesnt add up the star ???? Read more
Outstanding customer service! After a long 8-hour drive in traffic from Ottawa during the heatwave, we stopped here to get some... dinner and rest our 3 small dogs on the patio. When "Alexandria", who was cleaning tables outside approached us, we wereworried she would "shoo" us away with our pets. However, she greeted us warmly, and fussed over our pups. Her genuinefriendliness (a rarity nowadays) made our day! Our order was quick, and the inside staff were also friendly. In fact, this isthe friendliest (and cleanest) location I've ever been to in my 66 years. A "shout out" to Liam for going above and beyond withexcellent customer service as well. Such a great group of people! We stopped here every day during our vacation, and weregreatly impressed with the smiling staff, spotless restaurant and good food. Well done everyone! Read more
Have ordered several times through drive throu, double quarter pounder, to only get a single. This is five times my son has... ordered and still gets same. Even comes in to restraunt and still only gets a single quarter pounder instead of getting a doublelike he asks, do u read your reviews. As if I owned an establishment like this that keeps screwing up I?d offer free meals. Ucan?t even call as the number don?t work. Read more
Always check your order before you leave. So far I've had two double big macs in the dbl box but it was made like a regular mac,... had a happy meal with no toy and almost always don't get the sweet and sour I get for my kid. Order a coffee at this locationand there's a really good chance they'll forget to put sugar or cream in it.. totally unacceptable. Never had this many problemswith a restaurant before. As others have stated in other Google reviews this business is extremely poorly managed and could usesome proper training perhaps. Read more
