I would say that 95% of the time we order food, it is made wrong. The customer service is horrible and employees & managers are... rude. The only reason they get 1 star is that the coffee is good and fresh. I'm not sure what is going on but seriously need tolook at those customer service skills. On one occasion I paid $17 for coffee and food, they handed me the coffee and when I satthere waiting for the food, they asked me what I wanted and I said the food, they said it was only 2 coffees, I then explained Ipaid $17 for coffee and food. They closed the window and then threw the bag at me and said nothing. Another occasion my husbandordered 2 sandwiches no veggies and no sauce. Got home, had veggies and sauce on them, went back, they were rude and made itagain, wrong again and he told them it was wrong again and then they threw the bag at him. There are so many occasions, everyinteraction is a nightmare. I feel as if because this is the only place to go for fast food, the staff feel it's okay to be rudeand not care.
