I legitimately stopped going here. I do LOVE me a good teen burger, but every time I am there I wait for a very long time for my... food. On a regular basis about half of the dining area is "closed off" with the chairs flipped up on the tables; as if the placewas being cleaned-but it's almost always like that. Especially in the evenings. The fries are consistently soggy and cold. It'salways busy with seniors/farmers in the morning and that must be their staple for customers because of the probably 8-10 timesI've visited this location most of them were disappointing. I've dined at other A&W's and it isn't this way (minus the fries-the"new" fries are not good in my opinion). Read more
I love A and W but for some reason the St. Paul location has terrible quality, always cold, lukewarm at best and buns are always... stale for some reason. Not impressed. Read more
Rude staff and the egg was raw. Big hole in drive threw. Used to be good people working. June 18 at 5pm. Won't go back.
Always late in opening to serve, opening staff always late to prep the store, last time when we try to dine in, food are served... below expectations, staffs spoke their asian language most of the time then laughed together, while customers are in line at thetill not being greeted & acknowledged for the wait time. If you love the great taste and service that you?ve come to associate with A&W then you?re probably best to check something else... in St.Paul. Over the years I?ve noticed that this location has really gone downhill. The food is being served cold and theemployees don?t give a flying F anymore how they serve you. Last time the bag was practically thrown into my vehicle and itwasn?t even folded up to help keep the warmth in. Fries were bone cold and the burgers looked like they were sitting in thewarmer for a very long time. Like I said, the service isn?t what it used to be. Read more
