Been to this location many times over about 8 years. Service is never fast. Occasionally the service is friendly. The food is... okay. It's not going to change your life. Final straw was a particularly unwelcome experience where we were overcharged by about22 bucks. Won't be back by my choice, won't really miss it. Read more
I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it only came with two meatballs instead of three like it says on the menu. When I had... asked the waitress about the missing third meatball, she said she rang it in as something else, and not the spaghetti andmeatballs that are on the menu. I’ve frequented this Boston Pizza many times over the last six years. The service at this location has gotten better overtime... (some previous experiences had us waiting over an hour for our meals). The last time I went, on August 20th, 2022, the serverthat we had was completely miserable and didn’t have much patience to serve us and the children we were with. The menu, notjust at this location but at all Boston Pizzas has been significantly reduced over the years and now the options are much morelimited. Read more
Order was partially wrong. Ordered without cheese, did get with cheese and the salad wasn't really fresh. Yet staff was very... responsive and responsive and did not charge me for the meal. Respect ???? Read more
Been waiting over 40 mins no one even came to take drink orders. Watched people that came in after us get drinks and service.... Actually had to go track down someone to get service first lady we tracked down never did come to help the second person wefound was amazing and did a wonderful job. But starter salads never showed up till after meals were severed. Had to tracksomeone down to get drink refills. When we did complain the store Manger and rude server complained the the guy severing us eventhough he was running around all over the place because the store manager choose to socialize with people she knew and the rudelady choose to just give us rude looks. Not the first bad experience in this Boston Pizza but definitely the first one inawhile. If it was for the gentleman ( I believe he was a manager in someway also) we would never return to that restaurantagain. We even had to ask for forks after our meals sat on the table for 10 minutes. Yes we might go back there but I believeother places in st. Paul will get our business before Boston Pizza. Read more
Just when you think that you're paying a lot for some delicious food you get your plate and see that it can actually feed three... people! Every bite melts in your mouth and makes you curl your toes. If the bottomless pop isn't doing it for you then themanager comes by and makes your meal and experience even better! All the staff is kind and considerate and the food came so fastit was as if we were the only ones in the restaurant, even though it was pretty full. Read more
Our server Lisa in the lounge was not the greatest. She did not clarify the difference between drinks, and we were expecting the... fishbowl special. When I went to get her attention before leaving the area to order a starter, her tone was short and snappy forno reason. Then my partner stepped outside when she brought utensils, and she didn't bother asking if we were ready to order. Wehad to wait longer after he returned before she asked if we were ready to order. We lost our interest in eating here, and tookour primary meal somewhere else. Read more
