There is no point in Mobile ordering at DQ in St.Paul I ordered my online order and it showed it should be ready in 15 minutes I... ordered at 6:45 and it showed it would be ready at 7:00 so when I got there at 7:00 he asked if Mobile order and I said yes andthen he told the kitchen to start making my food and I waited until my food was ready ! Don't ask for ice water! Walk to McDonalds for it free. They're ready to charge 50cents for a dip that should be included and $1... for a cup of ice water EVEN THOUGH we just spent $25... Service is slower than it used to be and usually food is barely warm...With limited options in town we're still hoping a fatburger or 5 guys and a Starbucks can offer some healthy QUALITY competition???? *hint hint* Read more
Got ice cream which was good. Had the fruity blast which we've had before, but this time it had barely any flavor and not all of... the ice cream was covered. The service was not good at all. I could see my ice creams were ready and the gal went and gotsomeone else's order from the counter gave it to them but instead of also giving me my order, she went back to the till to takesomeone else's order. Meanwhile mine was melting away. Another customer said to me just go ask for your ice cream. Anotherworker went to get someone else's order from the counter so I stepped forward and said can I please have my ice cream. She onlygave me one then seemed to be ready to leave, so I said can I have my other ones as they're melting. Orders, especially icecream on a very hot day, should be given out before you take a new order. Read more
Absolutely unprofessional! The manager Sara fired my daughter for a random customer calling her older employee Anne out on her... treatment of minor employees. Anne was being very rude to my daughter and the customer didnt like it and said so. Sara Refusedto give me a reason for why she fired my daughter and litterally said she's fine with Anne yelling at and embarrassing minors infront of customers. Worst spot in St. Paul. St. Paul Alberta Dairy Queen is horrible, they are extremely rude to their customers and further more Management is even more... crude to their employees as well. My sister worked there for about a week, she would come home after a few shifts talking abouthow for some reason her employer?s where treating her differently, I didn?t understand at first until I seen it first hand, as Iwas waiting for my order, one of the assistant managers yelled at my sister AND rolled her eyes. As she was taking orders, infront of myself and multiple other customers. when I pulled the assistant manager to the side to explain to her that I thoughther tone of voice was rude, she denied that she had even talked to my sister, and further more, the day after that happened theyfired my sister because I stuck up for her. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful definitely never eating at the St. PaulDairy Queen again. And I highly recommend finding a different job. Read more
We put an order in for an ice cream cake and sent in an email with this fortnite image. There was a call made to confirm that... the image was recieved but this is what we got when we picked up the cake. Completely different. If you're charging $15 for theedible image I would have preferred it to be the image that we chose and not one that you decided to put on there. Verydisappointing. Read more

The Burgers are great, the chicken is awesome plus can't forget the ice cream n treats, can't go wrong here!
