There were many issues associated with our order on oct 22 2022. 1. The restaurant was filled with flies and they were... everywhere. We saw them in the pastry display case, in the preparation area of our order, on the walls and literallyeverywhere. 2. Our order took an excessive amount of time to prepare and I rejected the first because of the flies. 3. Not oneworker would acknowledge or do anything about the flies when we mentioned it. 4. We called later to speak to a manager andsomeone was supposed to return the call but it didn't happen. 5. At four pm they did not have soup or chilli ready and would nothave the rest of the night. That's unacceptable and not the way to serve the people. The server had no smile and hardly talkedto us as she handed the fresh wrap after we waited over 30 mins to get a fresh one with no flies on it!!! We just stood thereand observed what was going on in disgust. This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. Just gross to see it and I hadto write this. Read more
Worst multi-occasion experience with a fast food establishment in my life! Orders are completely wrong, food cold and lazily put... together or outright not even cooked! If you?re eating out in town I suggest anywheres but Tim Hortons Read more
I feel so sorry for the people of Tim hortons St. Paul. ZERO stating and it shows. I have been to the store 5 times passing... through. The drive through would get a 2 star nit as bad usually but going in is a disgrace!! Where are the owners of thisplace!! Get your staff training. I will not accept the labour shortage excuse, this is training!! Go and see how other storeoperate like Tim hortons slave lake. Very efficient and professional. And this place was dirty with used dishes all over, olddirty soup containers. Floor was gross!! Read more
My drinks are always!, always!, always! wrong. This time I went in to the store to place my order so they can hear me clearly... and they got it wrong 2 times. First time was before I left the store and second time was when I took my first sip after leavingthe store. I am so mad!. I wasted $3.77 on a cold brew which is cold coffee and cream. Way too expensive to pay for and have itwrong. I told them twice I did not want flavoring and what did I get in the end. Vanillla flavoring! I will never ever be goingthere again! Read more
We have stopped here so many times in hopes the service would improve, but I'm sad to say it's just awful. Half the time, they... don't have soup or chili, and they get our order wrong more often than not, the service is the slowest of any Tim Horton'swe've been to, and the staff isn't usually friendly or helpful. This location honestly puts a bad taste in anyone's mouth aboutthe franchise. I truly hope it improves as there's nothing better than a timmies coffee and a muffin or a bowl of chili and abun. I don't think I've ever been here where the service is quick; dine-in or take out. I've been many times hoping that my... experience is just a one-off. Orders are consistently goofed up. Food is mediocre at best. The coffee absolutely rots mystomach. Service is meh. If you are going to go there, McDonald's is a across the street and will be faster, taste better andyoru order will be correct. Read more
The food was typical of Tim Hortons but the entire cooking space was filthy, especially the floor. Almost canceled my order once... I got to the side counter. Lots of staff and not overly busy, no reason for the mess. Read more
