I understand staff shortages caused this location today to be drive thru only, so this can only be blamed on so many... people. I won't bore you with my entire order, but the chicken sandwich came with no chicken, zero, no chicken in a chickenburger sandwich, you got the lettuce pickles and cucumbers, but no meat??? The bacon ranch had toppings I didn't ask for andwas missing what I asked for. The cold cut trio, asked for bacon.....didn't get it, and if I had been given a receipt I couldtell if I paid for it, but alas no receipt. They did however include a balled up piece of garbage. Not sure which sandwich itgoes with. When I got home to feed my family I still had to figure something out for my son as he didn't want a pickle andcucumbers sandwich. What can I say? It's subway. It's pretty much always gold from the moment you walk in and smell that bread!
Went to Subway in St. Stephen today. The service was horrible. One of the staff was yelling at me because she couldn't hear me... when I ordered. She was yelling at her co-worker. She put the sandwich I ordered in an oven that wasn't working properly. I hadto request the sandwich be made again and heated properly. She treated my husband horribly as well. All the tables in therestaurant were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The soap dispenser in the ladies washroom was broken and there was no othersoap dispenser available. Will not be going back. This used to be a nice fast food restaurant but unfortunately had gone downhill. Read more
Usually have a decent experience but went in tonight and the atmosphere was horrendous. A poor kid was being ?trained? if you... could even call it that and was getting nothing but yelled at and embarrassed by the older fellow who never wears his mask overhis nose and the short blonde lady with a tattoo on her arm. He was clearly uncomfortable and so was the couple other customersthat were there. I?m honestly sad about this experience and don?t think some people should still be working there. On top of thepoor kid getting by embarrassed constantly the short lady didn?t even chop my husbands salad and just tossed everything in thetake out container instead of the proper bowl. This location is kept very clean and orderly. The service was not only quick but friendly. The sandwiches are put together... nearly and unrushed in their appearance. Flavour rates a ten or of ten! Read more
Clean restaurant and good food0. I come here daily to get my son his lunch for school. I always go inside, as the drive thru is... always busy at dinner time. I find the employees are polite and always wash their hands. The only complaint I have is that thenight shift only has one employee working. Which can make service in drive thru slow. Read more
Was there SAT & today, I like quiet & they finally got Gluten Free Sub Buns 6" & the bun is really good & soft so...I am Gluten... Intolerance. I do like Subway,plus they wear gloves.They really should do that in all Restaurants!! Read more
