Called ahead to the store to let them know I would be late. Still they served me food that was unbelievably soggy, sauce and... queso were on top of two chips exactly and could not be spread further. I called the store ask for a refund as I would not beeating this. I am still on hold after 10+ minutes after the employee said she would need to talk to a manager. So disappointed,you don?t serve food like this to a paying customer regardless of if they?re late or on time - there should be some level ofquality assurance. We ordered some burritos from here after a long day of moving. Unfortunately mine came with cheese accidentally added to it... (which I can?t have). By the time the food arrived it was 10 minutes until closing, we called the store and the gentleman whoanswered said he would remake the food and he brought it to us himself! Great place... I love the burrito bowl... I get it with chicken and breaded shrimp... amazing...Iikely to give you a bit more... beans and rice in your bowl..so don't be afraid to ask. Super friendly owner. Seems hard to find help that is good at therejob.. but no fault of the business. They do what they can during these hard times. Read more
