Came in to watch a game... Busy location, but very clean and has excellent service.

We were staying in the area for a wedding and went to Boston pizza for lunch. The food was delicious but the service was... terrible. We had 3 people and when one of us asked for a beer she took off before the other two could ask for one as well. Shebrought the drink and was visibly upset that we were asking for anything. I ordered a drink off the menu and she said it was aseasonal menu and had to check if she could make it for me, she did and the drink was terrible. When I didn't drink it she askedif it was alright I told her it wasn't great and she replied with no one likes it that's why we don't serve it anymore. (Itwould have been nice to know before I ordered it) It wasn't that busy there were maybe two other tables on the bar side so Idon't know if she was having a bad day or if she was always like that. It was fairly busy, but there was plenty of staff so wait times were way too long. 5 plus minutes to be approached by a server,... no drink order, water or anything for 10 plus minutes after that. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to have a burger, tacosand pasta. Server made maybe 3 appearances to the table the entire time and had incorrect/limited knowledge of the menu and whatwas available. Food was ok, nothing special to mention though. Read more
Food is always delicious and meets our expectations. When we order, it comes quickly. We feel like family because we frequent... our St. Thomas Ontario location.
