Terrific find in a small town. Wood fired pizza that was excellent.
Authentic wood-fired thin crust pizza, made from scratch, and without all of the pretentiousness like you will find at... AVPN-certified pizza places in Toronto. My only comment, and the reason why it is 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the pizza (Iordered the Margherita) needed more seasoning (salt). Normally I would just add more to my own plate, since seasoning is apersonal preference after all, but I couldn't even do that since there were no salt shakers on the tables, nor did they have anyavailable when I asked. Along the same lines, having shakers of crushed chilies or chili-infused olive oil available would alsoallow for more personalizing of the pizzas, based on how spicy or salty ones tastebuds are. Seasoning aside, the pizza crustwas very authentic and cooked properly. Some of the toppings combinations are quite unique, but that is fine - after all, thatis how cuisine evolves over time! I am sure that sometime long long ago, one of my ancestors would have thought that prosciuttoas a pizza topping was "unique"! Read more

Very cute for eating indoors and outdoors. The service was fabulous and friendly! BUT the best part was the pizza!! It was so... good! Fresh toppings like roasted garlic and pesto on a sourdough crust which has the delicious fire oven roasted flavour?!? Yesplease! Will go again very soon! Read more

Brand New Wood Oven Restaurant in St Thomas. This place is amazing and I will be bring back friends and Family. Its not your... ordinary Pizza joint. These are traditional wood oven pizzas that will bring your taste buds back to the old country. The crispcrust and sold chew will enlighten the most discerned pallet. Great woodfired Pizza We stopped in to Elgin Harvest after a day in Port Stanley. They had a cute little outdoor patio which is... important to us. Their menu is Pizza - they have a few options on their menu - and it changes depending on the day. You placeyour order inside and the waitress brings you your fresh wood fired pizza to the table. They have a huge wood fire oven in thecentre of the restaurant. TDrinks are canned/bottled. The pizza is delicious and light - thin crust pizzas. The flavours werefantastic. if you are in the mood for pizza - this is a great place to visit. get one of each of their daily options and splitthem. you will love it. Read more
