Ordered through Skip tonight. When it was delivered, it was a massive big bag but it was too light. Was missing three-quarters... of my order. Tried to call store to rectify order, was told they were extremely busy and to call back in an hour. I explained Ihad already ordered and it was delivered but missing most of my order. Awful Awful Awful!!! Bought a wicked zinger meal along with 2 original pieces of recipe chicken. They missed the wings and fries... off the box meal. The 2 pieces of chicken weren't edible. They were overcooked and dry. Didn't even feed the meat to the dog. Read more

First time having KFC (last Friday) in this town. Ordered delivery around 7:10pm, and received the order 2.5 hours later. I... called the store 3 times to check in on the order as I was told it would be delivered around 45min. Once it finally arrived, theorder was missing an item (which was pre-paid for and I gave a nice tip) and the seals were broken on the bag?!?! We wereapprehensive to eat it, but we were starving, so we dug in. Food was Luke-warm and soggy. I called the store AGAIN (4th time)and was told I could drive there to pickup my gravy at another time as we are closing soon, you can have a credit. I asked forsome compensation due to the horrible service and I was told the manager would call to rectify/clear up/compensate when she?savailable. A week later, no call. I figured I'd give this place a try despite previous poor food I thought I'd give the new management the benefit of the doubt.... When I arrived there there was one person waiting for their food, there was a help wanted sign out front and there was no one oncash and one young girl behind the counter making food. There were a bunch of people out of sight laughing, have a great day.One male employee came up to the girl and told her he has five more minutes if she needs help he then proceeded to pick theplaque out of his teeth with his finger. Thank God she told him no. The girl continued to make the meal informing us that shehad injured her arm and was struggling to lift things. The manager approached her told her there was no more corn left that shewould need to make more, the manager looked directly at me waiting to place my order and turned around and walked away leavingthis poor young injured girl to do the till the prep and the cooking. When I went to get myself my drink there was a sign on thepop machine saying no ice after pouring my drink I took a sip of it it was flat and warm. It is clear that the machine is noteven functioning. When my meal came my chicken tenders were undercooked a little pink and Squishy my poutine was under saltedand more like french fry soup. The only good thing about my entire meal was the cheese curds. I would highly suggest going toPopeyes or Mary Brown's clearly the new management is not doing its job. I will not be back Read more

Wasn?t impressed with my first visit, not sure if I?d go back. Long lineup due to staffing which is perfectly understandable,... but after waiting 25 minutes for fresh chicken it tasted like it was made way earlier in the day. Read more

Last 2 visits, waited at least 45 minutes for my order, Good thing friendly customers to socialize with all waiting same amount... of time. Last visit they didn't give me the popcorn chicken in all 3 box meals. 1 girl working in the back and 2 girls workingout front, 1 of them holding her arm trying to look pretty until she had an order to bag, other one working cash and worriedabout not enough 10's in her till and too many 5's. I understand the difficulties of food service and am more than well aware about staffing issues in the sector as of lately and... am very sympathetic to that situation. HOWEVER, my husband ordered us a 10pc combo tonight that we never would?ve received hadwe not called various different numbers multiple times. Over two hours after ordering and being told that the order had alreadybeen sent out (it hadn?t), our food finally got here?completely missing our fries. Dry chicken, a large coleslaw and large gravybut no fries. Called again to be told that the fries definitely were with our order which couldn?t be possible considering weopened our order and THERE WERE NO FRIES. Was eventually told they?d send out our fries and here we are, still sitting and stillwaiting half an hour later. Again, I get it, people make mistakes and things get missed and it?s ok! But the way mistakes arehandled really do make all the difference. I appreciate workers in this industry but after one phone call regarding a missingorder, wouldn?t you do your best to make it right and make sure everything was there in the first place? At least the Pepsi?scold? Update: store closes in 9mins?nobody?s answering the phone now and sincerely doubt we?ll get our fries. Nice. Read more

After a month of being closed they should be stocked on everything but they where out of stuff for a famous chicken and potato... salad, not a big deal but this is just the start. So after that I got 2 crunch boxes, one was as it comes and the other I askedfor a gravy instead of a salad, I also asked if I could get a individual size popcorn chicken instead of the 1 peace of chickenand for no topping on the crunch but they didn't do any of that, I also got a 2 peice meal and orded dark meat and showed up andit was white meat. Ontop of all of that everything was cold, the fri proportion was tiny and they didn't give us drinks. Alsothey must have changes suppliers because the salads tasted pretty much like nothing, the gravey was not like it was previouslyto closing and the chicken cuts are different and they tasted off. The only thing that was the same or close to it was thecrunch itself and the rest has all been changed.
