I used to love this place, especially their old pulled pork sandwich, but my most recent visit, the food was average at best and... overpriced(I understand Covid has played it's part) but the quality was subpar, I didn't even finish my dried out ribs eventhough I was hungry. Very underwhelming food here now days. This place used to be the best spot in town for beer and wings. Cheap wings aren?t... ?cheap? anymore, they even push back the special time a half hour! Nachos were the most pathetic I?ve ever seen. It?s a pitywhat this restaurant has come to. I only get to come here a few times a year when I visit home, as it was a staple growing up intown. Yesterday was our first time at Legends Tavern. It was so great, that we decided to come back today again. The first tome we... came, we were served/assisted by Michael C. He is super friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't be seated in hisarea when we came back. The food was delicious no matter what is your taste. I went with my wife, son and in-laws. My wife and i came here for dinner as we live in the city and have not been here yet because everytime we come it is so busy! I... got the deep fried pickles which were so delicious as well as the double dusted cattle rustler wings , as well as the quesadillaall 3 items were very tasty and delicious the quesadillas could have had more chicken but still it was tasty. We also got theribs which were terribly dry and medium wings which were dry as well , over all the food was good other than the ribs and mediumwings being dry , greek salad was not the greatest , service was good prices are fair. I have been to Legends many times, but this visit deserves a commendation to both our server and the manager. Our server, Mike,... went above and beyond; his personality was amazing. He was personable, funny, and he tolerated our chaotic orders with ease andpatience. He was responsive, attentive, and made the experience great. It was clear that Chris, the manager on shift, led histeam effectively and efficiently. Staff were interactive, checking in frequently with their tables and the overall atmospherewas fantastic! Moved to the city recently and our family has been here about 4 times so far. And this is what we ALL agreed on? The Service is... Great & The Atmosphere is cool. But The food here is Rough?from burnt burgers to quesadillas with 3 handful?s of tomato?s & nomeat. Overly burnt cheese fries to nachos drier than a desert that hasn?t seen rain for years. Whoever is overseeing the Menuhere and how it is executed give it a long and hard look over. This place is Too Cool to have food this subpar. It all seemsrushed and no attention to quality. Had take out tonight with the family. I ordered the Asian stir-fry with grilled chicken and rice noodles. It was so delicious... and fresh. The order for 4 was ready on time and hit for us when we got it home. No complaints from any of the choices ! Read more
