Food was ok. Service was terrible at drive through. The woman didn't ask us if we were done our order, just let us sit there. We... then said "should we pull up" no answer, so we pulled up and waited and waited at the window. Pulled up to the second window.The woman acted like nothing was going on. I said we're we supposed to skip the first window? She said yupp and handed me myfood which had no sweet and sour sauce which I asked for twice. Then I had to knock on the window. She didn't hear it. Waiteduntil she came back and had to ask for the sauce. No one else was in line so it wasn't busy. Very bizarre. Read more
Small town with big service. Food was hot, quick and employees were awesome. Will definitely visit again
I went through the drive thru on my way home from work, when I got home and began eating the food I got half way through my... fries when I found two COOKED dead bugs in my fries. I tried to call to let the manager on duty at the time know, I wasn?t madmistakes do happen after all. When I told the manager he insisted I was lying and stated ?I?m here most of the time, there is noway there is cooked bugs in your fries?. The manager was not very accepting of the truth and was not very pleasant on the phone,especially dealing with a customer complaint. Read more
They scam people I take pay for your stuff but don?t put all of it there they make burgers messy everything falls out they have... attitude to customers especially the once at night who works late like if you hate your job leave then and don?t take it out oncustomers like McDonald?s owes me over a100 dollars of missing items the workers need to do better and train better Read more
This location is always busy; however, they usually are able to handle the lines and their busyness pretty well. Love stopping... by when driving to the beaching on the lake. Read more
i ordered a burger and when the employee came out to give me my food he followed me to my car and got in and watched me eat it.... then he stayed in the car as i drove home and he cozied up in my bed beside me. this type of customer service is exactly what iwant from a fast food chain. Read more
I was surprised on Friday when a McDonald's employee informed me that they were no longer serving breakfast after 2:00 pm. ... Apparently, this is Canada wide. Would have been nice to know before going! On another note, going through the drivethrough....all the employees tell you to have a nice day. This could be at 10:00 am or 6:00 pm. I realize this is the way theyare trained, but hearing "have a nice day" after dark is a little ridiculous. Does no one think outside the box these days.
