Staff were making the best of the head office not being on the ball. The Google map location was not updated nor was the address... on the Pizza Hut app. As a result, no one could order online so they were swamped with phone calls and people in the store. Made an order on August 1st, got a call that they did not have half of my order available to provide me, than canceled the... order, saw the refund show up in my account, only for them to cancel the refund the next day. 5* because of how the manager (Rob) handled a poor experience We order here regularly whenever we come into town for a fast... easy meal to bring home, it's easy to order online for a specific time and pick it up conveniently to bring home. Few monthsago we had a issue with the staff organization and led to a long wait time for food, when I had reached out to management withmy concern I feel he had handled his response very well! Unlike some businesses he had got back to me asap, and apologized forhow things were that day. I have heard stories of some places just pushing the blame or not responding. My advice is if youhave one bad experience here or a concern don't review them bad based on that experience and try reaching out to the managerfirst. Other then this one experience pizza is always good, they do stride on freshness and portions / orders have always beencorrect, and they do not cheap out on toppings. buyer beware...if you order and pay for a canadian pizza and ask for half of it to be cheese you will only get canadian toppings... on 3 slices of the whole pizza! $17 for cheese and 5 mushrooms sweeeet!...st thomas has many other great pizza places to choosefrom i would try one of those before ever going back here.
