We went to St.Thomas Roadhouse last night for a birthday dinner. As per the usual we were blown away by the quality of the food,... the AMAZING service (we had Matt last night). He was great, and even went out of his way and took a picture of our little familyin front of their spooky skeleton! Also, the staff was above and beyond and came over and said happy birthday when we finishedsinging a little happy birthday with a cupcake and candle we brought. This is hands down THE best restaurant in town for theatmosphere, the service and quality of food! We eat here often and I have yet to be let down. Good for families, nights out withfriends, dates etc.! They have vegetarian options, and gluten free menus as well which is a very nice asset to those who needthem. Have been to the St. Thomas Roadhouse a few times now and it is turning into a staple for us. The food has always been good.... The burgers are delicious and have been impressed by the Prime Rib sandwiches. The staff has been accommodating and veryfriendly every time we?ve been. Arrived for our reservation to be informed that the fans were not working. Rather then close down, They substituted items that... could be cooked. The food was fabulous. Service was great! Ashley and kitchen staff went out of their way to ensure we hadeverything we needed and more. Read more

Dropped a star tonight. Cold fries, cold gravy and a soggy "pita". Prime rib was good as always.

A group of us found ourselves in the area without a place to eat. Google sent us to the St.Thomas Roadhouse and are we ever glad... it did. It was later on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy so we easily got a table for 6. Half priced apps were a totalsurprise so we ordered some to share and got a variety of mains. The Texas beef brisket sandwich was amazing on an onion bun,the Won Ton nachos were the best I've ever had! The garlic bread with cheese had herbs and it was so flavourful. I highlyrecommend the wings too...good flavours to choose from and they are big! Everything was really good. The only negative was thegravy which was very thin and so similar to au jus that came with the sandwich it felt like a waste of money. We didn't end upusing it. I also got charged .99 for a side of horseradish which seemed excessive for a tiny portion. But you take the good withthe bad and the good way outweighed the minor issues. Good service too! Tonight we had a very sweet server in training. However, I do fear that her trainer, could use some extra training himself. I... ordered an avocado wrap and my husband ordered a prime melt. He was very satisfied with his meal but my avocado was not ripe andwas hard to chew. They offered to replace it with something else, which they did, but then they never returned to our tableafter that. Our empty appetizer dishes sat there the whole time, we ran out of beverages and no one ever came back to ask if weneeded a refill. My husband loved his meal so much he was done by the time I got mine so I ate by myself as he watched... Itwasn't a very good experience and there was no financial compensation whatsoever. I was willing to pay the whole bill but I feltit necessary to mention that this was a very bad experience and some concessions should have been made. He was kind enough togive us 50 percent off of our appetizer but we only ordered 15 minutes before the appetizer deal started anyway. I think thereare a lot of restaurants out there willing to go the extra mile and give great customer service. St. Thomas Roadhouse is not oneof them and with only average food quality they can't afford not to. Read more

Hearty meals that have a very home cooked feel. Decent prices for the value. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. This... restaurant is appealing for families too. Not a fine dining, or any ingredients you'd have to google -- this is wholesome mealswith hearty quantities. We would definitely go back again.. Read more

The last few times my friend and I had lunch the food was sub par and now we refuse to go back. Very unfortunate that it is hit... and miss depending on who is cooking that day. On October 13th my gf had a nacho salad and the beef looked so dried out and hardit wasn't fit to eat. Read more
