I?ve already called the store to personally thank her, but Tiffany the barista completely deserves 5 star recognition! Friendly... and Incredible customer service. My two year old has had a rough couple of days! I took her out to Starbucks for a muffin as aquick ?mommy/daughter date?after ordering on the app. Unfortunately the muffin wasn?t available on arrival BUT Tiffany wentabove and beyond and quickly gave my daughter an alternative and then a cake pop to cheer her up. My daughter completely lit upand so did this very tired mama. It?s people like this that restore my faith in society. She truly helped me outtoday. Everything was warm, fresh and delicious! Read more

Slowest service! I always wait at least 20 minutes. Today, Saturday October 22 around 10am was the worst. 1 person left while I... was there without their order or a refund because they had to leave after waiting over 20 minutes. I get their new and the staffare really friendly, but they need to focus more on customer service than chatting with each other. Read more

This location has wonderful staff! They have always made my drinks well, no complaints there! I feel bad for them though,... judging by how busy this location is all the time, they could use 3 times the staff they usually have working. That or a secondlocation lol. Read more

Need to up their quality control game a couple notches. Both times I've been to this location; same order, same cold coffee. I... do like the option of being able to shotgun a tall coffee before I hit the exit, but not every time. If I could post a picture,it would be of my sad face. Hoping the location's quality improves with time. Read more

Glad to have a Starbucks here in St. Thomas! Friendly staff and great experience! Drink took a bit of time but, unlike other... reviewers here, I don?t mind waiting a bit for a quality product. I would hazard a guess that the vast majority of the staffhave only been working there since it opened at the end of July. As such, a bit of patience as they learn their job goes a longway. We?ve all been in their shoes. I?ll be back regularly! Read more

Love Starbucks but this location needs to work out the kinks. Place too much priority on mobile orders when you are standing... waiting for your own (had to leave as 15 min went by and mobile orders got theirs done before me and weren't even there yet) sogot refund as I had to get to work. Training is still happening which is apparent and understood but won't go as often as I likeuntil things run more smoothly. Staff are fantastic though and so kind/friendly. Not giving up just waiting patiently. Noticeda review about cleanliness?? Has looked fantastic to me. Maybe they are going at wrong times or when they are busy or prefer toeat off the table/floor? Busy place, some familiar faces from several London Starbucks coaching the new staff. Seating is adequate, both inside and... outside. Drive thru isn't long enough and causes a serious traffic flow problem for the rest of the new plaza merchants.Finally, no more driving to London for a Starbucks. Woop Woop! BUT, staff are failing on cleanliness, came into today andtables are not wiped, floor is dirty with scrap food on the floor and someone please clean the washrooms. I gave them a fivewhen I first wrote thiz review, but now only give them a two. Not living up to Starbucks standards.....you never know when a H/OStarbucks might stop by.... Also, lighting is at 72 inches, Starbucks hanging light safety policy is 84 inches from floor tobottom of suspended lightsi over tables. August 9th...getting slow to get orders processed, over 20 minutes just to get twogrande cinammon dolce lattes and had to ask for my cookies that they forgot. Floor still needs a good wet cleaning. And tablesneed to be wiped down frequently. Place is buzzing with flies. Location was top notch first few days, but slowly slipping to a3rd rate Starbucks. Very disappointed, since I live in St Thomas, and will be driving back to Wellington @ Comissioners to getdecent service. August 11th -- floors, tables not clean, what's the wet floor sign for?? Doesn't anyone clean??? Really, 20minutes, as an inside customer to get two double blended coffee frappes. August 15 --- grrrrr floors and tables NOT CLEAN. Have mentioned it to staff who assured me it would addressed. Still slow at preparing orders for inhouse customers, focus seemsto be on drive thru. Again 20 minutes to get beverages. Ordered at 1:20, received at 1:40 and there are only 3 customers inside.Priortize people. Maybe trainers from Toronto instead of the locals from London?????
