I received a gift certificate from my workplace. I was looking forward to purchasing a treat. I placed my order and paid. ... There was a food delivery person ahead of me and he asked if the Sub Zero employee was working alone. The employee responded'yes but someone was coming in' as we had been standing there for awhile. The second Sub Zero employee arrived through theback door and they went into the office and then came right to the cash counter to assist me. I pleasantly and quietly askedthis Sub Zero employee to please wash her hands before she made my order. She responded with 'I just got here'. She went intothe back to wash her hands and the water was only on briefly, so I did not see her wash her hands. The store is very quiet.There is a hand washing sink behind the cash counter for everyone to see. My smoothies were made in the back so I could not seewhat was going on with my drinks. This place is not true bubble tea. The tapioca I ordered (brown sugar) had zero taste and was super disappointing. The... cappuccino drink was just made with powder and in a shaker bottle. For almost 6 dollars and for the pearls and tea to not betrue bubble tea it is not worth the wait and cost. The other items on the menu looks good, but if you want bubble tea gosomewhere else.
