Good fast subway location. Staff are quick and friendly and I've always found the food to be quite fresh.

I just waited 25 minutes in line to order a sub. There was a big group ahead of me with two people serving them. Maybe 5 minutes... of my waiting time was because of the large group. Once the large group was finished one employee went to the back leaving theother out front. He realized multiple online orders had come in and had to make those first, as a line grew behind me. Duringthis time I realized there was two additional staff in the back. A women who kept looking out of the employee only door? but notbothering to come help, and another kid in the kitchen area. While waiting a couple behind me left because it was taking solong. The women behind the door kept looking out and finally came out to check chip inventory? on racks that were full. It?s abit much to wait 25 minutes to be able to order at a fast food restaurant. I don?t blame the two staff that had been in thefront.. but I certainly blame bad management and ownership. If you can?t staff appropriately to handle an inside counter, adrive thru and online orders, you should not be taking online orders. These kids that make the orders don?t earn enough to takeon customer annoyance because the owners are too cheap to staff appropriately. If owners can?t afford to staff appropriately,they they should get their butt to work and out serving customer. Read more
If I could rate it at zero stars that would be more accurate. Every time I go there it?s some issue. This time I went and the... boy that was putting on the shredded cheese only put a few pinches. I have never had any issue with getting a normal portion ofcheese. And he acted really rude in his demeanour. I didn?t want to say anything because I just couldn?t be bothered. Also, Ihave had issue of getting the right amount of toppings of extra tomatoes. She said that she wasn?t supposed to give extra Iprotested on that one and she reluctantly agreed to put it on. I wasn?t asking for a crazy amount and no one has ever said theycouldn?t give it the way I wanted. I have never been treated that way before. I will never again go this this location. Thefranchisee should seriously address the rudeness and lack of people skills. If it was a one off type thing I would never write areview like this?.but it?s frustrating to pay good money for this kind of treatment. Read more
Just came through while they were getting absolutely slammed with only two people working a dinner rush on a Friday night.... Really need to compliment Alicia for being so hardworking and level headed. I've worked in food service before and know how hardit is. The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the lack of staff, by that's everywhere these days. Read more
Only one girl working 6 people in line at 1pm today, worth the wait people need their breaks, once the other girl was back it... was super quick but even before it was still moving well. Making food cashing people out and washing hands in between whilegetting swapped. Sub was great, so was the soup. I'll be back Read more
Decent location for a fast sub... Seems to always have new Staff?? But they do there best. Lots of parking can be bit tricky to... get in and out of. This location never seems to be too busy :) Read more
Food was good. Although it looked dark and possibly not open..a bit slow with service.
