Every time we go they are out of items. This trip we ordered the new rice bowl. There was hardly any rice when asked if there... should be more. They said you have to pay more for "extra rice. " Green Goddess Veggie is in the picture. Green Goddess saucenot included because it tastes horrible. Toppings they were out of was spinach, avocado and didn't include the cheese. Whatbusiness has one staff on a Friday evening. I felt bad she was working alone on a busy night. There is high turnover as we havenever had the same person serve us. I will make the trip to Highbury Ave S, for my Subway from now on. Read more
Very dissatisfied. Youre the only place in town i can eat at as im on night shift, you guys are 24 hours yet i just went there... and the lights are all off and no one was there. ( no notice or anything) And on multiple occasions the young.lady on nightshift locks customers out of the store so she doesnt have to do her job. Read more
This place doesn't deserve even a 1 star rating. The last four times I went there I was only able to get a sub once, and even... then they were out of so many things that I asked the very apologetic worker to just make me a sub if he can, after asking forseveral different subs and being told they didn't have the ingredients. The worker then told me they were quitting, and added,"if you know anyone looking for a job tell them NOT to come here." Everyone in town who likes subs hates this place. Store is hotter then it is outside. Unable to wrap subs properly very sloppy and stingy on condiments. This has happened more... then once so it's not just "new" employees. Read more
With so many Subways to choose from in St. Thomas, don't choose this one. It's rare I go here and am not met with either veggies... that don't come in until the next day, or the big one, no bread. How can a sandwich shop consistently not have the one thingthat makes up every sub? Read more
There's one younger male employee who is really great, the other ones are ok. But my biggest complaint is quality... control...found a long hair BAKED into my bread. When I called to complain I was told "one minute, I'll get the manager" but gothung up on instead, and haven't heard anything back from corporate. Drove 30 minutes to get food - wasted time, fuel, and $12 ona sub that I had to throw out. Absolutely disgusting, do NOT recommend this location unless you want to eat someone's hair. Read more
Very little turkey on my sub. Green olives have no taste. Bread is good.
