Terrible management. Saturday October 29th 2022 @ 12:30pm they had a trainee working by herself. She looked very new to the job... but still did fantastic. She was clearly under pressure with more than 5/6 people in the store while I was in there and a mobileorder was ringing in the back. Who ever runs this shop should be ashamed and embarrassed. Went specifically to write this review, since I heard a lot of terrible things about this location. FYI, the workers are not... wearing masks. I arrived at 12:20, the lineup was 5 people, and they had two people working. Took 20 minutes for me tocomplete my order and be on my way. The delay was mainly that one worked is fully dedicated to online orders, so theyeffectively have only one working the counter. The staff member working the counter was the supervisor/manager, and she wasfriendly and diligent, but she had to take each order from start to finish before serving the next. They weren't terriblyunclean or unfriendly, but I think when people are going to Subway, they want a good sandwich fast, not a great sandwich with await. Since they are making people wait, they missed a core goal and that makes people angry and annoyed. Upset people willfind fault in everything, and I think that's the origin of everyone's issues: that they were frustrated, and looking around forproblems to find. If you go in, and have time to burn, you probably wouldn't even notice they were anything but a usualSubway. (Edit) For fairness I returned on a different day and time. On arrival it was 1:05, 4 people ahead of me, and only oneworker. At quarter after the supervisor returned and worked the counter too, which really does things up. The total wait timewas 16 minutes. Myself and my girlfriend came in tonight and were greeted by a young lady named Katherine. Right off the bat she seemed annoyed... and in a rush. (i was in at 8:30 and they close at 10) she threw our sandwiches together and when it came to my sauces i askedfor mayo and southwest. She made an innocent mistake and accidentally put sub sauce instead of southwest. I politely correctedher and she just added the southwest. I felt really bad to tell her that i actually really don?t like sub sauce and kindly askedif she could remake my sub. She gave me a rude look and with attitude said she?ll just scoop all my veggies off and add theveggies. I was cool with that too but i was not cool with her attitude. I worked at subway in high school i know the struggleand i know people have bad days; but when you work in the service industry you need to have better control of your emotions andmake your customers feel comfortable.
