The people there are super friendly. Amanda and Jenna (I think thats her name. Sorry I forgot. Cute/red hair?) are the best! If... you go there enough, they will remember your name and favourite order. That?s not a guarantee that they will remember your name.just my personal experience :-) they make better tacos than the other locations somehow. It?s Taco time! Picked up 4 soft tacos and asked for hot sauce. Got home; there were 3 mild sauces and the tacos were cold! Staff need better... customer service ! Read more
Rude and ignorant staff, wish I could give zero stars! Went inside to place an order and was completely ignored by five or six... employees who were all chatting away in another language, except the woman at the drive thru window (giving credit where creditis due). Eventually someone who looks like the manager came forward to the register, but only to take a reading and alsocompletely ignored me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they?re having a meeting about somethingimportant as they were all still chattering away, until one of them came up to the counter, immediately turned his back to meand leaned on it. Within seconds another guy leaned up against the counter, also with his back to me, as they continued talkingexcitedly. I should mention that before walking in the restaurant I saw four or five of them piling out of a newer sports car,so I?m assuming that?s what they were all speaking about. I?ve had enough at this point, so instead of dragging them over thecounter by their scrawny little necks and bashing their heads together, while demanding some simple respect and actual customerservice, I simply left the restaurant - there?s no way I?d eat the food if I have to raise a fuss to get it. Hopefully the nextperson who gets treated that way shows less restraint than I did, and let?s them know first hand what it?s like to bedisrespected in a Taco Bell. Ugh! Do not come here food takes FOREVER and the orders are almost always wrong! Not that it matters anyway beacuse the food... lacks taste! Half of the time you will find little to no beef or cheese sometimes they just dont have half the things needed toadd real taste or reason for the price. sour cream? "nope" hot sauce? "nope" mild sauce? "nope we just ran out" its like thisEVERY time not like its once or twice the quality lacks any reason to buy. just make tacos at home or buy from somewhere else.the amount of 1 star reviews just proves my point and dont even get me started on the fries its like they aren't even trying. The service that Taco Bell has been dishing out is lackluster at best. Missing items, ingredients put in your food that you... specifically asked not to have, getting charged for things and not getting what you paid for. Please do better. Read more
We all know what Taco Bell is. I'm not going in expecting a 5 star experience, however i am expecting something resembling... what's advertised. This ain't it. Fry Supreme with no tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of meat, a squirt of sour creme and a scoop ofcheese. Not to mention my lettuce on my taco was far from fresh and the shells were stale. The floors are so greasy and the dr.pepper was blue? And the customer service from these lovely Mexican workers was so great.... That is why I choose to rate this fine establishment with the most prestigious rating!?edit they also have plastic straws???? Read more
