Normally, I love this Tim Hortons and come to it all the time but today.. Today was not as expected. I recieved my bagel mostly... okay except it wasnt cut. This is fine but I would rather it cut, i asked the lady at the bread station very nicely to cut itand she handed me a butter knife very rudely and with the knife end facing me. Moments later as Im sitting very few feet awayfrom her, She startes mimicking me and talking about me as if im not there. She then starts yelling at coworkers and talkingdown to everyone in store. A full 20 minutes in the drive through line. There really isn't an excuse for that. Sunk cost fallacy and morbid curiosity... kept me in line. To be clear: it wasn't a crazy, out-onto-the-road kind of line, and my order at least was simple. I onlydecided to stop in because I wanted to find out if they could sell the biscuits from the breakfast sandwiches on there own. Ithought about one vs two stars, and went with one star because with fast chain type places, it's really more of arecommend/dis-recommend thing. It's very disappointing to know that someone served me this burnt bagel. If I wanted to burn my bagle I would of done it... myself. I have been getting my coffee and sandwiches from her for 4 years.
