Service was quick enough even during rush hour. Can get very busy in the mornings and late afternoons though. They also seem to... close the inside in the afternoon due to limited staffing so be prepared for drive thru only. Read more
called the other day and asked when they opened the store up for people to eat inside and i was told 6 a.m. 6:30 a.m i walked... there and the doors were locked and they weren?t open for dine in. this has to be the worst timmies in town hands down. haven?thad 1 good experience there.//// (update) went again today and asked for a bacon breakfast on the biscuit and i actually gotwhat i ordered for once but the bacon was so undercooked it might as well have been breathing. i?m sick of this timmies nevergetting anything right so i will not be returning there on my own will. the one on talbot is much better, i?ve never had aproblem there so that?s where i?ll be getting my timmies from now on. Order a lunch sandwich and they are out of the main bread it?s made of. Ok substituting another. That will be another 1.69. For... what? That is an up charge. But you?re out of the regular bread! Doesn?t matter. Such bad customer service it?s funny. Read more
Honestly this place has gone down hill. They have screwed up my order so many times. And in the past i would just deal with it.... However today when I received the wrong item I went back to get the right one. They weren?t able to make it for me as theydidn?t have the right bagels. So I asked for a refund and had to wait for them to find my order in the system. When they could Iwas told there was not much they could do unless I had a receipt. However they don?t give receipts through drive thrus. So nowI?m out the money and out the food I ordered ?? Read more
By far the worst in town, we were refused a drink because it was to difficult to make, during open hours the doors were locked... and ?posted? drive through only. Brutal customer service. Very little staff for efficient service. If I could give a -5 starreview I would. Read more
