The workers are nice, however; this isn't a drive through it is a trap. The curbs on the drive through lineup go so far back... into the parking lot that if it is slow and busy (slow always, busy often), you will be stuck there in the line for 15+ minutes. Again, nice workers but get rid of the excessively long curb so people can get out of line if it is busy and slow. Read more

The amount of smoking in the drive through is insane almost to the point where I don?t want to go anymore I?d rather drive the... extra 5 mins somewhere else any other place you are not allowed to smoke in the drive thru but this place they don?t care theywill let any children and anybody get second hand smoke and if you say anything to the employees they just say well it?s notillegal. This is not my second time complaining about the smoking to the employees in this time the lady was extremely rude I?msorry that I don?t want my son to have secondhand smoke in the drive-through. And the employees are insanely rude and I alwaysfind it to be the older ladies who just have attitude if you cannot be nice to customers do not work in customer service. Read more

I am a young trans woman and I can admit that I don't pass female that well but the one day I came in and I got a simple coffee,... and one of your workers said "have a nice day Miss" it made my day! It was really validating and something that I thought Iwould never be able to hear from a total stranger. Read more

Was charged for substituting cheddar cheese on my grilled cheese. This is not SOP. An addition like a tomato gets a charge. A... substitution does not. I tried to explain, but I'm not going to argue with clueless staff. I understand short staff and newstaff, but you cannot fill your schedule with people that don't know standard operating procedures; was asked what sauce goes ona wrap I ordered, was questioned again about my order by sandwich counter, was told a substitution is an extra charge, wasquestioned about completing my drink. Save yourself time, irritated customers, and achieve consistency by properly training andlearning SOPs. That's what they're there for, and they are easy to follow and keep up with. I have personally read and usedthem. Read more

This establishment is consistently horrible. They managed to get the correct order (this time), but the photo speaks for... itself. I think I'll take my breakfast takeout from McDonalds from now on. The extra 5 minute drive is well worth getting thefood I actually ordered and in good condition. Read more
