Great service, super friendly and know how to make drinks!
Messed up our order,...which was fine until the staff started arguing on first place rather than fixing it. It generally happens... alot at other places too.... but the staff should accept the mistake and try to do better so that the customers can get getbetter service...rather than arguing . I mean if you're giving me ice cap and saying its "Iced cap mocha" even there's no creamclearly...how I will accept it. Arguing not only make u mad but also wastes other customer's time on drive thru line up. Read more
We stopped for supper and bought three sandwiches and a wrap. We wanted soup as well but they threw it out just before dinner... time. The cheese melt was good, nice and warm with melted cheese. This is by far the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. There was food on the floor, the counters were filthy but what... really got to me was the sink right by the pickup counter was so disgusting that I would not even wash up anything in it withoutfirst disinfecting it even the coffee pots had baked on old coffee residue in it....over all yuck Never going there again Read more
