If your debit is down on a Sunday morning you should probably put out a sign to inform people as such, because I just spent 10... minutes in your drive thru only to get the the window and find out there's no debit, use your brain and have some commoncourtesy for peoples time, that was absolutely ridiculous Read more

For sure the best Tim Hortons location in town by far however, for optimal service i advise going in on their afternoon shift;... all of the staff are great on every shift but i do prefer their afternoon employees. just seems to be much better service andthe staff is a lot friendlier for sure! however that is just my opinion and i advise you visit to go make an opinion of yourown! Any time after 10 pm they never have ice cap always claiming it's down for cleaning ????. I've worked at Tim Hortons it takes no... longer then half hour to clean and refill an ice cap machine also during summer months usually two are running so if ones downfor cleaning the other one should be available to make the customers order. Doesn't matter what night of the week it is there'salways some excuse as to why they "currently don't have ice cap". Read more

Needs a bicycle rack! I'm tired of people staring at me every time I have to lock my bicycle to the drive thru sign. Install a... bicycle rack! Read more

As someone who's used to the 'hospitality' of Tim Hortons in Downtown Toronto, this was a shock! Man are the people here nice?... Or are they nice?! I've never been spoken to so politely when ordering a coffee. I just loved it. I'm going to make a pitstophere anytime I travel through the area, even if it means taking a long detour from the 401. My coffees today were good, butI've become a big fan of the staff at this place! Read more
