Good food, nice atmosphere, good times! I would highly recommend giving this place a try! Great service, we have been 3 times... now and had a great time each time. The review bombing has been totally bizarre on this location. Mostly people with no or single reviews saying the place has... issues. They've been open for a couple of weeks and we've been twice. Both times were amazing. The wings are massive, crispy,and the location is just what St. Thomas needed on this side of town. Great selection, inexpensive beer, and excellent servers.Both times I've been resulted in very friendly staff even during what was extremely busy times. Kudos to Bri who took my takeoutorder and made sure everything was just right before I left. My only wish was that they used more sauce on the wings which "moreof a good thing" isn't really negative. This was my first time in this place. The staff looked confused walking around Our order for our party of 5 came out at... different intervals and not at the same time. Some of our food was cold. Water was served about 15 minutes after it wasrequested. A manager did not seem to be around as the staff looked young and inexperienced. Will not go back here.. When I saw there was a wild wing in town I was excited. Used to be one in London and they closed. So I... was excited I could go again... Until tonight. We walked in an were seated quickly. Waited about 20 mins for someone to bring usmenus and take our drink order. Once we ordered it took another 20-25 for our nachos then our wings came about 30 mins after ournachos. Then we sat and waited for someone to bring us our bill for another 30 mins or so. Didn't eat all our food and didn'teven bother asking for a box to take our leftovers home cause of how long everything took for them to do. I will not go backthere now. Very disappointed! Arrived just after 7pm. Waited at door for a few minutes but no one acknowledged us and no sign so we sat at a table near bar.... A server walked past us several times and then we asked for menus. Server was prompt to take our order and we waited andwaited and waited for our food. We ordered garlic bread w/cheese and 2 orders of wings. It took about 20-25 minutes to get ourgarlic bread and 50-55 minutes for the wings. I had to ask where our food was, as there was no acknowledgment about the delays. For a restaurant that specializes in wings and to not have a full restaurant and your wings take 50-55 minutes that was a bigdisappointment. There was 4 servers, so not short staffed on floor. I tried to be patient and understanding but if you can?tget wings out quicker than 50 to 55 minutes you are not going to have too many customers return for an eat in experience. Igave one star as the food did taste good and the server was pleasant, but they lost me as a customer on my first visit due tolength of time for a simple meal and that a customer arrived after us, ordered after us, but received his food about 15 minsprior to us. Three servers smiled and said hello but not one would bring us a menu so I had to go up and get our own. Waited along time for... food. He got a single meal wings (8 or 9 wings) I ordered boneless wings and got a couple with bone. 2 drinks each and it wasover $70 It was nothing special could have got the same wings anywhere for less Read more
Not a very pleasant first experience. My friend and I went to check out Wild wings on Saturday evening. We arrived at 6pm and... wete seated promptly, we reviewed the menu and made our selections, 20 minutes goes buy we were not acknowledged or even havea server come and take a drink order, since that time two other tables came in ,( one a table of 4 and another table oftwo)waited 10 more minutes still no drink order or food order taken. When I approached the host, I mentioned to her that we wereready to place our order, she said someone would be with us shortly, Since then the other tables that came in had drinks ontheir tables and food orders taken.... 45 minutes went buy with no drink/food order taken. We decided to leave and supportanother establishment, I believe in second chances and will try them again but our first experience left a bad taste in ourmouth. Read more
Our server was absolutely amazing and very customer oriented. The restaurant had approximately 15-20 people the night I was... there so it wasn't slow and not packed. The food took a very long time but our server came and made sure we were good. Theboneless wings I had were over done and dry. Quite disheartening, but the other two meals at my table were traditional wings andseemed to be pretty good as I was told. Gave a couple of my boneless wings away and got the same response of them being toocrispy and dry. Overall, clean place, good service, but the food has to be faster and not cooked until it's a rawhide chew toy.Improve speed and food quality and this place will Rock! Read more
