I used to love natural provisions. I?ve been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately in recent months and since they lost a... certain staff remember, their deli has gone down hill. Their lunch offerings used to be so diverse and really branched away fromtypical American food. They always had gf options, lots of vegetables and the food was exciting. Now I feel like it?s become runof the mill cafeteria food and their to-go deli section is really disappointing and the quality has declined (don?t even get mestarted on those new gf chicken fingers and the loss of the eat more kale salad). I know it?s hard to lose creativity in thekitchen and maybe the dishes you used to offer left with the cook, but it?s quite the let down. Most times I go in I leave emptyhanded. Even the produce section has dwindled. I know it?s hard times but I do think they?ve lost their spark. I will continueto try but I?m worried that they will loose their footing as st J grows. I never write reviews. A year and half ago I vowed I would never go in this place again because of how rude the staff was. I had... a cold and came in 15 minutes before closing looking for some soup. The woman behind the register started going on and on ratherloudly about people who come in at the last minute to a gentleman I believe to be the manager. When I went to check out, Icommented on how I was actually 15 minutes before they closed and everyone just sort of stared at me. No awkward \"oops, Ididn\'t mean for you to hear that\" or \"sorry\". I have only been in this place a handful of times since because I would ratherdrive 20 minutes than deal with rudeness. Today I ran in for a sandwich and when I asked the guy behind the deli counter if hecould do that for me, he 100% clear as day rolled his eyes and looked like he was thanking a higher power when I decided againstit because the bread I was looking for was gone. This deli has a great menu. The Omnomnom Sandwich (with sliced beef tenderloin) is awesome!! Order it \"panini\" style. The... Banh Mi has the perfect amount of heat. I\'ve also had the Spicy Peanut Wrap and the Reuben. All amazing and fresh. I\'mlooking forward to sampling the rest of the menu!!! Read more
