I am a very senior citizen and have never had as rude a wait staff as I had this morning. Two of the waitstaff apparently knew... incoming customers at their table. We were 2 tables away and the greeting which went on for quite a few minutes was so loud myfriend and I could not talk to each other. When one of the waitresses went by I mentioned that it was a bit loud. She tookoffense and it went down hill from there. The other waitress came over and asked with everything was OK.(and with some attitude) We said no it wasn't at which point she lectured us about this being a restaurant and not a church. Where was the courtesyfor the other diners. When we left, I told the girl at the check out that it had been a most unpleasant experience. She wasvery sullen and said we shouldn't tell people to shut up. What? We just wanted them to tone it down a bit. This was our firstand last time at this restaurant. Read more

Happened upon this diner because my normal place was packed. It?s a medium sized diner that has been here for quite a long time.... Grabbed a table in the back and took a look at the menu. Breakfast and Lunch all day, that?s a plus already. Decided to go withthe Chili Cheese Omelette with a side of hash browns. Had one pancake on the side. The omelette was superb, the chili had agreat taste and the eggs were nice and fluffy. The pancake was perfect as far as pancakes go, fluffy and held togetherbeautifully. Come in for brunch today and what a pleasant surprise. We were seated immediately upon arrival and promptly were greeted by our... waitress Kathy. The drinks and meals come out quickly and correct and portion sizes were generous. We will definitely be backagain. Read more
5 stars because the food is like stepping back in time, really good and old fashion home made flavor. (Little dirty because of... age) Depending on who is your waiter as to how good the service is gonna be but the food makes up for everything. Read more
The breakfast pancakes are great tasting and light & fluffy. The sausage patties are very tender & tasty. Only complaint is the... front cashier whose name on the receipt says "GOOD" did not bother to say Thank You for my money or my business. Didn't sayanything after taking my money. She just walks off toward the kitchen. Read more
