Very slow and rude. I do the mobile orders, but still I am sent through the line and to wait on the side which is not safe at... this location. We waited 20 minutes for a simple order and had to get out of our car to find our order. Ridiculous slow serviceand bad customer service. Why do a mobile order if they don?t have your order ready and still make you wait extra? Chick-fil-Aneeds to teach these kids how Chick-fil-A used to be or I just won?t waste my money here! Read more
I have never been denied spice chicken on the grilled wrap at any of dozens of Chick-fil-As Iv been too. This would be the first... location. I worked in the kitchen before and this was never a problem, we made a fresh wrap with spicy chicken. You have thespicy chicken right there ready to go for a spicy salad. This location is off a major fwy so it stays busy like 24/7. Well actually some mornings aren?t too busy. I?ve tried most of... their stuff but I wanted to try a salad the other day and it was so delicious. I was impressed. I got the market salad withchicken. My friend?s first experience with Chick-Fil-A was not good . We took her to a drive through here and order was fast since with... the representative taking our order . So the line was not bad , we proceed to get our order , and it was good . Although we hadto wait for ice cream cone. The spicy chicken we ordered for was not giving to us, we got regular chicken. They did not put asauce , I believe this should be asked , not customers asking. The frozen lemonade was good . It did not have too much lemonade,it was just a right proportion. Read more

Location is on a major highway so is always busy, staff handles it great and line is always moving! THEY ARE ALWAYS SHORT ON... FRIES THOUGH ! I?m not sure if they tell them to do that to cut costs or what but IT IS VERY ANNOYING! Paying extra to upgradeto a large and getting less than a medium. Poor effort or lack of care? Would love to hear a reason why. But you order an amountknowing how much you need to fill your family and constantly being let down by a place is quite to disappointment. Good food, not so good service in the evenings. I always come here during lunch and the service is wonderful. However, I?ve come... here a few times for dinner and the service is really bad. I usually do curbside and every-time they never come to my car. WhenI walked up to the window to let them know I?ve been waiting, they hadn?t even started my order even though the app says it?son the way to my car. Today, I watched 3 people who ordered after me get their food before me. When I asked about it, they hadmy food on a trey the entire time but didn?t tell me even though I was standing right there. So by the time I got my food, itwas cold. There needs to be better management in the evenings. All of the employees are young (which I know is normal) but therewere no managers around. A lot of them were playing around while customers were getting frustrated that their food wasn?tready/prepared incorrectly. Read more
