First time eating at Chipotle! I had a gift card and so I tried it. I was lost for a bit ordering, but the guys behind the... counter were very helpful and patient with me. Been here so many times to give an accurate review compared to other locations. 1-) line moves slower than any other locations... Located in a nice area of Stafford. The order pickup line was super long. The regular ordering line was even longer: the staff... is poorly trained. I will be contacting the corporate trainer for chipotle(for Houston area whom I discovered on social media)soon after I post this reviewI? Also?.I travel all over Houston for work and I stopped at this location recently and some of theemployees were not wearing masks. Other locations I?ve been to the employees ALL wear masks??.I asked one of the employees andhis excuse was that they have a policy that if you?re vaccinated they don?t have to wear masks. THIS IS THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN THE AREA My choice this time around was a bowl!! Love this new location I've been coming since they... opened!! Service was great but the lobby is super dirty. It was slow so I don?t see why it was that filthy. Couldn?t sit on the tables... because they weren?t wiped down. I mean I did clean it but I think they should have some one that cleans them As soon as acustomer leaves. Read more
