My family stopped thru the drive-thru for breakfast on the way to the beach. We ordered $35 plus worth of food. My daughter got... a BURNT bacon egg & cheese croissant, so she decided to change it for a sausage egg & cheese croissant instead. TYREEKA (thepretenting supervisor) told my daughter that she will have to pay EXTRA!!! WTH! AREN'T ALL PIG PARTS THE SAME PRICE? I decidedthat I would walk back in there try to exchange her burnt sandwich myself BUT this TYREEKA person would not budge one bit to tryto satisfy us customers. Why is the night staff always has the worst customer service? First off, it took a while for anyone to answer at the drive thru... speaker. Then, how you gonna charge for buttermilk? I thought Jack in the box would provide at least 1 free buttermilk for mytacos. I bet the staff is making extra change for their own pockets. Read more
I have been going to this Jack in Box for sometimes and usually it's great. Well, I was there 6/31 and it was awful. The food... was cold the cheese was hard cold not melted. The grilled chicken was dry and cold. It was just terrible. Oh well, I guess I'mgoing to start going to another location. Read more
I'm a door dash driver, the Hispanic clerk at the place when I pick up the order of several sodas. the boxes were not strong... enough and I ask her for help and she did not give it to me. and she told me that I was responsible for organizing the requestthat she had to bring the specific equipment for the cases. This is the second time I've been there with the exact problem twice. I ordered a sweet tea and mini churros with extra... cinnamon and sugar and both time I get a large sweet tea mixed with coke and barely any cinnamon and sugar on my mini churros.This happened almost a month a part from each visit. This is the only store that makes u pay for ur sauce after spending 10 dollars on one meal.
